> **Vantagens**: The amount of organization the program provides and the simplicity of it once you learn how to use the program and get everything setup and tailored to your companies specific needs.

> **Desvantagens**: Cost was on the high side compared to a lot of the other TMS's on the market. Did like how you would get kicked at midnight to update. Could have possible programmed it to update upon self logout

> **Vantagens**: There are not enough great things I could say about Axon\! The best feature I would say is how user friendly it is. I have used many accounting programs but they don't even begin to compare to Axon. You can see anything you want, dig deeper and deeper from any screen.

> **Desvantagens**: Oh boy, tough question...I would have to say maybe the price. It can be costly, but in my opinion absolutely worth it. The value for your money is astounding. I have not begun to scratch the surface of Axon's capabilities and find it exciting to use everyday and learn something new.

> Axon has everything. It is an accounting program with payroll and trucking integrated all into one. You can add pc miler and track miles and fuel and the software will do all your reports for Ifta instantly. Time saver, that's for sure.  If you are in the trucking business, Axon is by far the program for you. The support is also great. Super friendly techs that respond quickly to your needs, and if you are new to Axon, they have training\! Honestly, why would you even consider another program?

> **Vantagens**: Support is responsive, gets the job done. Flexible reporting, hosting is pretty reliable and stable in Amazon cloud.

> **Desvantagens**: No integration abilities. Siloed data, does not play well with others. Development team unreachable for custom inquiries and they won't have any conversations about customer requirements. Support is trained in their product well but if you don't do it Axon's way, you're screwed.
> 
> We have a love hate relationship with the platform. Is it better than doing things in Quickbooks and by hand, sure, but this piece of software is so legacy-based and siloed, and the development team has no interest in being friendly with other systems.

> **Vantagens**: We has 24/7 access to where each truck is at. This helped ensure timely deliveries. We could even see how fast the truck was driving and taking turns. This helped us teach how best to drive to increase lifetime of the truck and tires. We were also able to notice if there was any bottlenecks or traffic causing deliveries to be delayed.

> **Desvantagens**: A huge learning curve. Reports are kinda hard to import to excel.
> 
> Seeing trucks in real time gave us a sense of knowing and witnessing the jobs getting done. This software brought the whole team together.
