> **Vantagens**: How agile and intuitive the system is. It is really easy to use and to get some really great insight. Our technical support is also really responsive and helpful in getting issues resolved. The instant chat is also super helpful and they are great at directing you to where you need to be. &#10;&#10;We are fairly new to Ventrata but our ticketing has developed considerably driving visitors and revenue for our business.

> **Desvantagens**: Not really a con for the system, our business is very nuanced and Ventrata has worked so hard to meet our requirements, but something that is symptomatic of a project of our size, that we haven't got our BAU meetings in the diary and we have been in BAU phase for three months. We are also very heavily nuanced in our business type so I know once all of our audiences are on Ventrata that we will have some cons.

> We are fairly new in our ticketing journey with Ventrata as we have been onboarded in April 2025, there is also two thirds of our audiences that still need to be onboarded, which will happen in November 2025, but our experience so far has been really positive.
