No início não é fácil trabalhar mas depois de usar com regularidade torna-se mais acessível.

Gerencimento de Projetos com o Project

Comentários: No geral estou muito satisfeito com o Project. Ele me atende no planejamento inicial dos projetos, na definição da linha de base e no acompanhamento do percentual realizado do projeto e de cada tarefa.

Vantagens:

A forma como o Project trabalha, com os gráficos de Gantt é incrível. O usuário vai inserindo as tarefas, o prazo de execução de cada uma delas, os relacionamentos de dependência e as procedências e o Project monta o fluxo inteiro, permite a visualização do caminho crítico.

Desvantagens:

A usabilidade dos recursos avançados não é tão natural. A gestão de calendários é um pouco complicada.
