Well, I can tell you that by comparison, Delve is exponentially superior. If you are looking for a platform to transcribe your MS Word document into coded Thematic Analysis data, look no further. Ideal for Master's level dissertations, research projects, and any other similar uses. I have experienced no security or ethical issues and received excellent 'real-time' customer service when I became 'stuck'. Without Delve, I worry that my final dissertation would not be submitted by its due date. Thank you to Kate in customer service. What an amazing value-for-money (almost priceless) product. It was incredibly easy to import and manage my data and then go about the coding for my research project. The search functions and categorization tools were straightforward and effective for my data analysis needs.
