No more wandering around looking for a free space\! I also love the real-time availability feature. The signage outside the meeting rooms lets you know instantly if a room is free or booked, which saves so much time. What I appreciate most is how it gives employees flexibility. We can manage our own bookings, which has really helped improve productivity around here. The analytics and reporting tools are another plus. They provide insights into how we’re using our space, which helps us make smarter decisions about our office layout.
