> **Vantagens**: The easy of use, the set of useful functionalities, all in one place, the management of almost all aspects of my business. It would be very hard to stand without Talkguest. I like this approach of managing my properties in an all-digital way.

> **Desvantagens**: The only thing that it is lacking is the integration with my own web site. They are promising it for soon but, until now, that feature is missing.
> 
> I manage my VR business with Talkguest. It is very handy and easy. I sync the prices with all platforms (except my own site); I get the reserves on my time line with an immediate view of the progression of my month; I send automatic notifications to guests and to the cleaning crew; I also automatically notify the SEF services; I do the invoices;  calculate Tourist Tax; well, and a plenty of more tasks needed to run the business.
