> **Vantagens**: Nothing, this tool did not do what I needed to do. I was trying to pull the contacts from an OST file and convert them to vcards. Which this program advertises. When I called them it sounded like the rep. was sitting in a town square (very suspicious\!). I could not allow them to remote into the pc to allow them to trouble shoot due to the limitations of this particular pc and they could not provide steps to torubleshoot the issue. They also would not provide a refund as this was requested within the same day as purchase. I Recommend not getting this if you are seeking an actual product. KDEtools seems like the first step to getting your pc sysadmin'd by someone out there trying to get their Itunes cards\!

> **Desvantagens**: It doesn't work don't waste your money. This software is backed by some sketchy techs who want to blame the user for not cooperating when they can't provide viable troubleshooting. Do not get this program if you want to actually get your info from an OST file.
