> We have been using WeBee at our hotel for a while now and without a doubt, it is one of the most valuable tools our hotel has. Not only having a native app for the hotel is prestigious but also direct engagement with our guests increased satisfaction, therefore, lead to more return-guests. WeBee was most helpful with their support and initial setup process. We would recommend WeBee to any hotel that would like to increase the value of their establishments.

The deployment of the product was very simple and straight-forward. No complicated tech. The sales team and the support team are absolutely fantastic. Very responsive, very flexible, and always there for us.

> **Desvantagens**: Reporting  dashboard and data base has space for improvement. But all the basic reporting features are there.

This strength that WeBee Team has, add value to the application and makes it easy to surf.  Additionally, WeBee functionality that brough us closer to our guests which has reflected positively on the overall guest feedback.
