> **Vantagens**: Nextal is great Applicant Tracking System which really helps recruiters to find the same candidates they have submitted before. Automatically Generating Reports is the best part i like. 
Its my personal thought that  it really thinks like a recruiter and find the Candidates and also keep a track on them

> **Vantagens**: Nextal est de loin le meilleur tableau de bord de recrutement que j'ai eu l'occasion d'essayer. Il permet de voir où est rendu le mandat de recrutement et où sont situé les candidats dans le processus. De plus, l'interface entre LinkedIn et Gmail est hyper facile à installer, à utiliser et sans Bug ce qui est rare dans le marché.

> **Desvantagens**: Les rapports ne sont pas à la hauteur. Par exemple, si vous voulez sortir un rapport de l'état d'un mandat, le systeme ne le rends pas bien.
