Vantagens:

O tailor brands é um programa ideal para pequenas empresas, eu utilizo para fazer cartões de visita e até como uma ferramenta de ecomerce para minha empresa, a qualidade dos resultados me impacta muito.

Desvantagens:

Achei o aprendizado inicial um pouco complexo, poderia ser mais didático.

Started my LLC with ease!

Comentários: My experience with Tailor Brands was amazing. I usually feel anxious when I feel out documents but since everything was so organized I was able to correctly feel each section out.

Vantagens:

I loved how easy it was to start up my LLC. Each step was was categorized by section and I was able to go section by section to ensure that each step was completed. It was very organized and I loved how simple it was to maneuver.

Desvantagens:

I felt like I was called too much as opposed to emailed. I felt like everything I was contacted with about buying certain upgrades could have been communicated by email.

A starting guideline

Comentários: My overall experience is very positive. I feel that my business is safe and compliant with legal requirements and that I have legitimate documents available when I need to implement policies, contracts, ect. The ease of managing the website and my online store are SO VALUABLE. I'm so glad I saw an ad on instagram for Tailor Brands right as I was trying to figure all of this out.

Vantagens:

The legal documents and website development features that Tailor Brands gives you are so easy to use and a weight off your shoulders. They take you through each step needed for your business, and some of which you didn't realize you needed until seeing it down the list they provide.

Desvantagens:

The customer service is somewhat limited in the answers they give, pointing you towards an email you may have received or towards a state phone number. But overall I'd say they are helpful.

don't waste your money on tailor brands

Comentários: terrible. when I request a refund for the charges they weren't supposed to take from my account they offered a store credit instead, after I had already explained that I would never use their services again.

Vantagens:

they create a false sense of security by scaring you into thinking there will be fines and penalties if you don't opt for their overpriced services. it felt easy at the time, I later realized that I could have done it all myself and been totally fine. at one point I actually got a letter from the secretary of states office warning of a scam they had just pulled on me.

Desvantagens:

I tried to cancel my subscription since they hadn't delivered the services I had been paying for, they charged me for an extra year before they closed my account

Comentários: Awful! they never really help me with my site, after paying them to set it up for me I had to pay some one else to put the content in. At first I was able to edit my site via my phone then all of a sudden when I log in to make changes or add a product it was acting like I had never had a site and to start over. When I contacted them to ask why? I was told to send them what I wanted to add and they would for me. Next when I went to edit my site via my PC the same thing happened. I'm not paying for what I already paid for. I have a website I can't edit. I have product that on the site that I no longer have but can't remove it. I feel like they are doing me this way because I'm 64 yrs old and I don't have anyone to help be. So they just took advantage of me, sold me something and left me to figure it out on my own.

Vantagens:

Taking to [sensitive content hidden] they were fun.

Desvantagens:

There is no customer care via phone, and they are not very helpful when the do return your email. The only phone call you get is when the sales team wants to sell you something.

Bad service and ugly method of exploitation.

Comentários: Bad. disappointment. A feeling that you don't care. They charge you money without your knowledge and even if you contact them on the same day because you came up with it in real time, they refuse to refund and disappear. shame.

Vantagens:

Automatic build a website, a ready to use tamplets.

Desvantagens:

Bad service and ugly method of exploitation. Charge a fee without authorization and then refuse to make a refund, then don't answer and don't come back. Charge a fee for a renewable subscription that you did not approve, do not send a notification before nor after, do not send payment confirmations and receipts to email. Hope you don't notice that they charged you $300. My luck is that I received an sms from the credit card company that a purchase was made in my name without authorization. Shame of a brand. Be careful and take care. Choose alternatives with better service like Wix or WordPress.

Upselling Process

Comentários: Be where when they call for all their upsells. You are stuck once they added it to your dashboard and have billed you. Filing with the BBB and disputing the charges to see if that can fix this upselling nightmare!

Vantagens:

I had looked forward to working with Tailor Brands and that it was a one and done deal. Had the products I needed.

Desvantagens:

But, as I was still filling out the application for my LLC a representative called me and proceed to upsell me on other items some of which I had already researched and wanted to purchase next month. She added a service I wasn't ready for and when I requested my money back on that item they said they had to research it. I didn't receive my money back because I had clicked on the tab but never went any further than that. The representative was very hard to understand. Now I'm stuck with a product that doesn't suit my current needs.

Sooooo much Spam.

Vantagens:

Website looks good but it was actually disorganized and not so great to navigate.

Desvantagens:

They are disorganized and they spam me like crazy via email, phone, text. Very unprofessional tactics. I've had to block them across multiple platforms.

Scammed by CSR

Comentários: Very bad. They made a huge mistake just to get their sale and set my business up wrong and now I have to pay additional to fix and they’ve offered nothing. No refund or discount or additional services. There’s no recourse for me. I feel totally scammed.

Vantagens:

I thought they were a great one stop shop where I could get help setting up my business

Desvantagens:

I specifically told the sales person I was in need of an S Corp and they had me set up LLC and said I’d receive email to complete questions to create SCorp. Two days later I was told they don’t do SCorp and they would no refund my money and there was nothing they would do. Now I have to pay additional funds to have LLC transferred

Crooked Company

Desvantagens:

These people are crooks. They take money out of your account that they are not supposed to then tell you that their guidelines state....blah, blah, blah. Any excuse not to do the right thing by customers! DON'T USE THIS SERVICE

Inexperienced people, worst service, false promises, hidden charges.

They collect 409.00 to set up business and Domain and they never did nothing as promised no llc no website nothing I asked for a refund they only issue 50 % of my money Still can't get the money.

Good product, poor communication, no cancelation policy.

Comentários: Logo creation, started out rocky, had to get help because their set up isn't clear, i ended up having to get them to help me merge(and it's still not merged properly) i thought everything else was great until i found out that i couldn't get a refund on a product i am no longer using. Also you can't delete a payment, you can add another but they don't allow you to remove it once it's in their system. Scammy AFI just wanted a refund for something i don't want or need and they said they "couldnt stop a payment that's been started" bulls*it

Vantagens:

I loved their logo design. This is the only thing worth using them for l, but JUST buy the design, do not do a monthly service, you can get a website set up and do all your paperwork without getting charged more than your legal fees.

Desvantagens:

Zero communication about renewals, yes, i get it, they want you to forget so they can take your money, so of course the don't let you know in an email that you're set to auto renew, that would mean they lose money, there is no cancelation, so now I'm stuck for an entire, with a service i don't want or need. Avoid! Only use for logo creation, everything else is expensive and they bombard you with "upgrades" everything costs extra. Oh, only $72 for an email! Only $35 for a mailbox, only $200 for legal protection.. the list goes on forever until you've been nickeled and dimed to death.

Honest Thoughts

Comentários: My overall experience with Tailor Brands is Phenomenal. I'm glad I saw their ad on youtube while watching some of my favorite creators. Who knows had I not found them I might still be without a business right now.

Vantagens:

I started with Tailor Brands completely from scratch. What I like most is how easily I was able to start and complete everything as a first timer not knowing what I was doing. They literally walk you through every step of the way.

Desvantagens:

The only Con I could think of would be during the trademark process there was an error that was with the initial form. It had been pushed through by the company they're partnered with. I received an email back a couple days later saying that something was wrong and I'd have to pay extra for the form to be resubmitted. I feel like it was it scanned over quickly before pushing it through by a professional it could have been caught on the front end and avoided the small hiccup. (Since there will be first time business owners that won't quite know what to place where in some cases) Other than that the ENTIRE process was flawless.

Horrible customer service

Vantagens:

The logo was good but you can not change it once you make it.

Desvantagens:

Horrible company charged for a yearly subscription I was not aware of and they will not refund you even though the day it hit my bank account I canceled they do not send you an email reminder they only send an in app notification and if you don't log in all the time you will not know.

Vantagens:

How helpful you guys are and attentive. I feel like I can get help with whatever I need and it’s pretty immediate. I know I have scheduled something’s and let work get in the way but you guys have always sent out a reschedule email which is amazing!

Desvantagens:

There isn’t anything that I don’t like about this.

Logo crazy

Comentários: very professional and worth every penny

Vantagens:

Logo design had a ball playing around with size color and everything until I got it just right.

Desvantagens:

pricing seemed off at check out had to ask questions after billing happened to figure out why the price was different.

One Stop Shop

Vantagens:

Tailor Brands is easy to use and their customet service is responsive & supportive. I'm so happy I took the risk and allowed tailor brands to support me in helping me build my company.

Desvantagens:

Nothing to add at this time. I find Tailor Brand's service offerings to be great and exactly what I needed.

Don't Sit on the The Sites

I Loved the easy breezy building and The way I was directed to exactly what was needed to make my business a Success. I'm not finished yet but my Preperation for greatness is Going smoothly with Tailor Brands on my side.

I wish there was more flexibility in the logo design such as allowing text to overlay on the icon image or that it allowed users to upload/edit their own logo design.

Comentários: We are in the beginning stages, but have had excellent quality service and transparent service-cost breakdowns. Custom website development tools and logo design trademarking are two very important features we are utilizing.

Vantagens:

Turn-key, a-la-carte business model enables quick selection of needed services that begin their processing and filing within a few business days.

Desvantagens:

The conveniences and turn-key approach comes at a price that may be a deal-breaker some small businesses.
