Comentários: Love it and use it daily for my job to track

Comentários: Great - recommend it to all my peers in operations, allows you to focus on the important things in ops and makes things super accessible for employees as well.
Vantagens:
Ease of use as a member of the people operations team, onboarding, benefits, etc. time has been cut by more than half.
Desvantagens:
After joining PEO, you need to reach out to solve simple issues that you could have previously solved by yourself, they are quite responsive and you can get someone on a zoom within minutes however.
Get the job done but lacks in the style department
Vantagens:
It has everything that is needed for an HR tool and it was quick to set up. But see my cons to get a better idea of what a user feels about the tool. But it does have PTO requests, Pay, Taxes, Onboarding, Benefits, everything you will need.
Desvantagens:
It is just missing the look and feel of some of the other HR tools that I have used. It feels outdated and like it was designed years ago.

Best platform to manage multiple workforce tasks
Vantagens:
To start off - Rippling is beautifully designed! It is super user intituitive, navigation between different tabs is very easy. Which makes self-service in the platform very conveneint. My company leverage other Rippling products as well such as Surveys,device management, virtual LDAP and BIG PLUS for other apps integrations that makes it so easy to manage day to day tasks under one platform. I love logging into Rippling almost everyday.
Desvantagens:
Rippling's time and attendance feature lacks productivity reports that tell you how employees use their time.

Vantagens:
Rippling is easy to use and has a great guided implementation which makes onboarding quick. There's still a great deal of customization and automation so it's easy to mold around existing P&P. Support is helpful and quick.
Desvantagens:
The pricing is a la carte which is great most of the time, but using the full feature set adds up quickly.

Comentários: It's been a great experience so far switching over. It is much easier to use and cuts down time on many payroll tasks.

Ease of payroll processing which has significantly help to cut down time on payroll processing.
Desvantagens:
Lack of phone line support. We can only submit tickets on the portal. They are usually quick to get back but having phone support helps with instant support in case of emergencies
The best HR and login management I've used
Vantagens:
It's extremely easy to use and the Chrome plugin is extremely useful.
Desvantagens:
Having to re-log in fairly often and multiple factor-authenticate to access passwords gets annoying. (Althought obviously it's necessary)

Comentários: Very positive. I have been in People Ops for over 10 years and Rippling has the most robust out-of-the-box solution I've seen. Optimal for new businesses and those start-ups looking to scale.
Vantagens:
Rippling is always adapting and enhancing their products. They have a full suite of solutions and a support team available to offer guidance. I have been very impressed with their tooling and how their products have scaled with us as our business has grown from 100 employees to over 400.
Desvantagens:
Rippling has many integrations; however, most third parties are only one-way, which creates some limitations. Additionally, one vendor that we wish Rippling would build an API with is Sparrow - this has been on the wish list for several years. It appears adding new integrations is not high on Rippling's roadmap at this time. As such, be sure to confirm what integrations are available and if they are 360 or 180 connections, before purchasing so that you have the right expectations going into it.
More intense features
Comentários: Rippling is so far very comfortable to ADP. I believe rippling, has a few features that are far better than it’s competitors. I would highly recommend.

What I really like about Ripley was the ability to be able to track the employee location when they clocked in we kept them all honest
Desvantagens:
Sometimes it would go down and we’re having issues clocking them in so in the background we had to clock them in manually

Comentários: From the sales process to leaving Rippling every step of the way was filled with poor service. In addition to the above, an employee's benefits were cut off without prior approval, wage reports filed incorrectly and offshore customer service was contradictory, unaccountable and untrained. When I finally received service on the second level, I was subjected to more sales pitches, my favorite was the PEO person telling me that employees really couldn't reach the HR folks any way but email because, you know, this is a software company. Yep. One that shouldn't be in the payroll and HR business. I have never had such a bad experience running payroll with any company, and this is something I have been doing for my company and client companies for over 25 years.
Vantagens:
I liked leaving Rippling the most. I've used Paycom, ADP, QuickBooks payroll, none of whom are known to be easy and I would recommend all of them over this software. I did appreciate the email reminders for payroll, but that was it.
Desvantagens:
Onboarding. I was treated like a fool who didn't know what a payroll period ending date vs a check date was. The constant pop ups on login. The confusing user interface and poor reports. The horrible customer service.

Rippling: A great application
Comentários: Rippling is easy to use and a very important tool. We log in/ log out on this tool, we can see our company mission, vision, and philosophies, we can see our org chart and it has our payroll.
Vantagens:
I love to use rippling as it is very user friendly, it can be access through phone, tablet, laptop and PC, and it holds most information about our company.
Desvantagens:
To be honest, there is nothing I can say bad towards rippling.

Comentários: Rippling is a superb tool that has helped us automate tasks ie, onboarding, benefits enrollment and compliance tracking helping us save time and reduce errors.
Vantagens:
Very easy UI with intuitive workflow making it easy to onboard employees and manage tasks.Furthermore,it combines HR, Payroll and benefits in one place.
Desvantagens:
For the past 2years I have not encountered any challenge.
Rippling fits the bill for our company
Comentários: Our agency uses Rippling to power and facilitate access to payroll, insurance benefits, PTO benefits, hiring and connected apps throughout the organization. This streamlines what use to be multiple access points for admins and employees and allows for a simple, single platform. Our employees love the access and simplicity and our admins love the ease of use and time it saves.
Vantagens:
My most liked features include: Consolidates disparate information in one place Allows easy access to payroll for both admin and employees Simple, streamlined access to benefits
Desvantagens:
Areas for Improvement: Single sign on could be improved PTO platform could be more intuitive Better push notification system

Very good.
Easy to navigate the information. Flow of page wise information is easy to handle. Easy electronic sign in page Easy to access information needed and download the documents.
Vantagens:
Our company uses Rippling for managing Medical, Dental, Insurance, and other benefits. Enrollment flow is easy to use in the module without any specific domain knowledge. Clear and concise page-wise flow makes it easy to handle and move from one page to another. Signing the documents is easy as you can electronically sign them.
Desvantagens:
Lack of integration of AI in its module and video for each module before enrollment and tasks.

it would be helpfull to have some sort of GPS tracking at least at time of clocking in and clocking out. Its not necessary thats GPS be ON the entire time an employee is clocked in as that really DRAINS the battery.

Comentários: I am happy using Rippling it made everything easier for employers and employees.
Vantagens:
It's actually designed in a human way if employees accidentally choose not to take break and didn't explain why. Rippling will launch a pilot test and it will ask the employees if they have taken a break or no. That's very human.
Desvantagens:
So far I don't have any problems with Rippling.
Awesome app!
Comentários: I give it this high rating because I am impressed with its features. It is also very easy to use, and puts everything an employee needs in their fingertips. No more rummaging through paper files or numerous apps just to work on our different employee needs. It also makes management's job much easier.
Vantagens:
Rippling helps us in our onboarding process, oversees our software, takes care of our time off requests and approvals, and view our paystubs and payroll. We can also access our benefits on the platform. The product addresses the need for different apps, and numerous people, as it gathers them all together under one app. At Circle Medical, I don't know how we would work without Rippling.
Desvantagens:
Nothing much, really. It seems to work well for us!

Comentários: My overall experience is awesome. I like the reminders you can set up to track your self assessments at work.

Rippling is very user friendly. I like the functionality of keeping up with my PTO.
