Patients doesn't use it. They don't want to click a link every time they do the exercises. An app that reminds them to do the exercises as well as in app selection that you have done the exercise would work much better. Squeezy from NHS has got a great exercise app for pelvic floor that reminds you to do exercises and I can also check their compliance. For more specialist exercises like pelvic floor, there is room for improvement. Need something that better describes the exercises. I know one can edit these instructions yourself but would have been great if it was there already. The editing of then exercises is a bit daunting. It takes time and the scrolling up and down to view all the exercises takes too much time. Everything is a bit all over.
