Having to buy the functions individually makes it cost prohibitive to roll out new functions for testing and for a smaller groups of users. 2..There is a lot of white space with small font on the interface. Not good use of the space. 3. There is no way to make changes to records in the list view; a user has to enter each record individually, which is time consuming. There should be a way to see all the searched for records and make changes with find and replace similar to Excel in a spreadsheet format. 4. Sorting should also be able to be done with column x, then column y, then column z. I could give more feedback, but haven't the time right now. Sorry. > > We mostly use the work order tracking.
