Much of the grunt work is handled automatically with wall widths, ceiling heights, electrical drops, framing, roofing, windows, and doors. They provide a wealth of content packs that come with ready to use furniture and materials. Also provide a Custom Workshop tool where you can adjust any of the existing furniture/objects and come up with your own specific furniture which can be added to user libraries. Lighting works very well with the LuxCore render engine and you can use emissive lighting or actual lighting. All is PBR based so light reflects as it should on object surfaces.
