> **Vantagens**: Pressat is very flexible and customization. It's easy to add images (for free) and to make your PR look nice with html. Links are easily added and the whole process is online (no emails or phonecalls like other press release distributors)

> **Desvantagens**: Whereas the PR comes out looking great, the reach of press releases is less than with more expensive distributors. Depending on why you need to use press release software, this may not be the best for you if you are looking for maximum reach potential.

> Great overall experience. We use them for smaller press releases that we are also promoting a lot ourselves. If we need a press release with more effective distribution, we do use a more expensive service

> **Vantagens**: You can attach a high number of media attachments (images etc) and there is no word limit on the press releases. Producing a PR is straightforward, and you can easily track the statistics afterwards to see how well it's been doing. They offer a great range of 'add-ons' where you can select to send the PR to platforms such as PA and different media circuits, but some are quite pricey.

> **Desvantagens**: The customer support team are very helpful but I find it difficult sometimes to get through to them, especially when their live chat is closed.
