Effective, Easy-to-Use, Pricing Structure Has Drawbacks

Comentários: Easy to create/run a contest. Good integration with MailChimp.

Vantagens: I used Heyo to create a birthday party contest for a multiple-location entertainment business. It was fairly simple to set up a campaign and integrate with my Facebook pages. Integration with MailChimp was excellent, making it easy to capture emails and know where they came from.

Desvantagens: The only real downside for me was the pricing structure. It's based, in part, on campaigns. I ran what I would call a single campaign across multiple retail locations - each location having its own FB page - and they considered that multiple campaigns. I was able to work out an arrangement, with them, but this will be a barrier to me using this more often.

Easy to use, not quite as functional as I would've hoped, quality, pricing model isn't great

Comentários: Honestly, the software was okay. It wasn't phenomenal though and I'm not sure I'd use it over other products similar to it.

Vantagens: I really like the simplicity of it. It is easy to create different layouts though the layouts aren't as flexible as I would like.

Desvantagens: I don't like the pricing model. Having other options besides just a yearly fee would be ideal. It's tough to truly know how much I will use it from a 30 day trial.

I've used Heyo for 1 year and love it.

Vantagens: Very easy to use; interface is simple for users; powerful list-building tool; encourages tweets to build awareness; helps Facebook community grow; Heyo help is great.

Desvantagens: I'd like to see some enhancements, like the ability to set the launch for a date and time, and the ability to aggregate lists and data over several contests. The contest description field is too short for the terms and conditions I need to publish.

Great experience, great customer service.

Comentários: Easy Integration

Vantagens: Ease of use, the software easily integrates existing social media pages, making set-up extremely easy.

Desvantagens: Would of liked more options to add various media e.g. video. Other than that, the software is pretty much perfect.

The Heyo platform has helped our Imig Communications team grow our clients' customer base.

Comentários: It helps our business grow our business and our clients' business. That's serious business!

Vantagens: Easy to use, functional and it does all the dirty work that would otherwise be done through excessive manpower (time and resources). Heyo generates leads effectively and efficiently and allows us to view all new leads in a convenient, downloadable csv file. Really great. The process is seamless and cleanup is a breeze :)

Desvantagens: One improvement would be enhancing the visual look and appeal - but ultimately functionality and simplicity should always win out.

I have launched several giveaways with Heyo and everything was seamless from start to finish.

Comentários: Very easy giveaway software for clients

Vantagens: All templates are very crisp and clean and the software is super user-friendly. Everything is very self explanatory and even gives you sizes for each image you need to upload.

Desvantagens: I wish the templates could be customized more. Instead of having a Facebook like, Facebook Share, and Twitter share option on the template I would like to customize those to different links. For example one giveaway I needed to encourage entries to like several different Facebook pages. Also an Instagram link in would be nice. None of those options were available on the giveaway template. A random winner generator would be nice for giveaways as well.

Was very impressed with Heyo for my social competition! Super easy to use and very flexible.

Comentários: very easy to use

Vantagens: Love the way the URL works, to recgonise whether its to open on a mobile or desktop, super clever! The drop and drag functionality for designing my AP is great.

Desvantagens: Was not 100% clear how the competition name would appear when I first named the competition. As it was the name I gave it was too long to read in its entirety. Wish I could have edited the title.

It was the first time I had used the platform for a contest and did seem fairly pricey.

Vantagens: It was easy to design and export the contacts, see how many people had entered and I liked the customizable elements.

Desvantagens: The price was high for a one-time campaign and the total "impressions" within the software weren't clear to me as far as who and where the reach was.
