Vantagens: We have been using Sinc for a while now for our property management staff and our maintenance company. Its easy for our employees to use; tracks their time, their location and runs the weekly report to submit for payroll. As an admin its easy to adjust times, review notes, and track locations of our employees. We would recommend to any business; small, large, just starting out or anyone looking for a more efficient way to track time cards.

Desvantagens: We would like to see a feature that allows us to run multiple businesses from one location. Currently we have to login to two separate accounts for both businesses.

Comentários: Very helpful keeping timing in one place

Vantagens: Needed something to keep track of employees hours. Easy to access, easy to change, not overly frilly. Support is great and I think new integrations are in the works.

Desvantagens: Wish pc version and app coincided better. Some things work better on app some in pc. Wish more options to change time frame for payroll (ex weekly, bi weekly, monthly)

Vantagens: Transparent - Lets me know exactly how many hours I have done for the week and if my manager makes an edit to a shift, it notifies me. If I did not take my allowed breaks for the day, I can say this when clocking out and get paid for the time I worked.

Desvantagens: Would like a weekly report emailed to me of my hours instead of having to check the summary on the app.

Vantagens: It saves me an hour every week that I used to spend adding up everyone's individual time sheets. It also seems I have also reduced my payroll bill slightly but have not been using it long enough to really know for sure.

Desvantagens: I would like office staff to be able to clock in from their desk tops. Also, fortnightly pay periods would be helpful

Vantagens: I love the mobile app that allows everyone to clock in even if they have to work from home. This is the best software for my business because we have two locations and everyone is very spread out.

Desvantagens: There is nothing that I don't like about this software. Everything is super easy to navigate and payroll has been made a breeze.

Vantagens: Platform is easy to navigate. Communication was on point when I had questions. Like that they are constantly adding new features

Desvantagens: Had quite a few bugs in the earlier stages which is to be expected. Seems to be running more efficiently now

Vantagens: My staff picked it up very quickly, and it's free for my business (we have 4 staff). Also the tech support was great.

Desvantagens: It's currently lacking some features such as sick days, but the support team say they are working on those. I think once those are in place it should suit our needs perfectly.

Vantagens: Easy to understand and use. My employees love it and getting used to it was quick and easy. Couldn't be much easier!

Desvantagens: Sometimes it shows offline and won't register a clock in/clock out. It's easy to fix but can be frustrating.

Vantagens: Time management traceability of were I've been able to see how many hrs in a day with each job I spent

Vantagens: Works on and off line, keeps track of history hours, easy to use, employees love the simplicity of it

Desvantagens: Needs time round off option because employees love to clock in early and out at last min. Needs employee pay rate to simplify payroll. Also needs more than just an email option to get linked
