BirdSeed expands on this, offering a large selection of ways to connect with customers, cut down on admin tasks and provide specific call to actions. I have used Birdseed to allow potential clents to schedule meetings without going back and forth over email or chat, and provided an FAQ system where users can find answers to common questions themselves. I have also displayed a latest video on the app which got a number of positive comments. I don't use BirdSeed to its full potential, but only using a few of the features it offers saves a large amount of time (and I believe gives more satisfied customers). While I'm using the paid offering, the free solution is suitable for many businesses and is far more feature rich then alternatives.
