Our customer service representatives and the customer support reps are top notch. Always willing to help and quick to respond. > > **Desvantagens**: Too much of the system must be customized especially when it comes to integration with other software such as Accounting Seed and NetDocs. > > We have had a good experience. The integration was very difficult but that was not due to Litify but was due to the organization that provided the integration services. The Litify rep that we have has gone above and beyond to help us. We are working with another support organization and things are looking much better.
