We tried ontime360 \& several others, but there were many limitations and we could never mold them as per our own company needs. Later on, we discovered Courier Manager, Trust me it is the best courier solution. We evaluated dozens of platforms but simply love courier manager. Whatever you want in this, it would be already there to support your business logic. TEAM is amazing, its like you own team working for you round the clock, We never feel that we are working in partnership wiht CM team, Infact we feel as if they are our team members. As far as features are concerned, They are unmatched. You simply get MOBILE APPS for Clients, Courier \& Manager portal, Admin portal, and make as many users as you can. Secondly, its highly scallable, do one transaction or thousands it works round the cloth and very efficiently. I remember an instance where our CM was stopped working due to our country blocked some services, It was 2:30 AM probably, i contacted the founder of Courier Manager, \& trust you me, at this time of night he responded and felt the pain for us. Such a service and support that really counts, whereas in other services you can never expect a service like this. We made several modifications in the software and the developers in CM are capable enough to do the changed effectively. THUMBS UP TO TECH TEAM.
