Vantagens:

Utilizei esse aplicativo na pandemia, para realizar algumas reuniões online, também utilizava para o escritorio como RAMAL no celular corporativo, foi bem útil enquanto estava em home office

Desvantagens:

acho o preço um pouco alto, e não é intuitivo, ou seja, acho difícil de mexer.

Full featured Hosted SIP VOIP solution

Comentários: Our on premise system had a number of issues. As it was not hosted it would only work in the office. Sometimes when we had an outage random users would lose their voicemail greetings. There was missing call queue and forwarding functionality that we required.

Vantagens:

Easy to implement. We converted over from our on premise Avaya system in less than an hour with little more than a couple of forms and spreadsheets to fill in. We have the option of the computer soft phone or the iOS app which means that people can decide how they receive/make "landline" calls. For thos in shared/high noise locations there are a number of voip deskphones that will also work. It gave us much better queue/forwarding functionality than we had before. Before this system any call forwarded to a mobile/another extension had the number of the extension doing the forward rather than the initial caller. Simple admin interface. Easy to use.

Desvantagens:

There is no way to seperate the softphone volume from the generic computer volume so it can be quite a shock if you are doing something and the phone rings. There can also be annoying instances of the app trying to call on any number that you click on as it cannot identify phone neumbers. Minor things but room for improvement.

In regards to the cons you mention, if you have multiple speaker devices (computer, headset, monitor) you can select an individual device and set the ringer to be that and adjust the volume accordingly. If you wish, you can also exempt certain websites from having the numbers detected as telephone numbers, from the settings of the 3CX click-to-call extension.

Had amazing experience with 3CX

Comentários: My overall experience with 3CX has been positive. The setup was relatively straightforward, and the software requires minimal maintenance afterward. It has provided a much more feature-rich experience compared to our old phone system. We've found the features such as web conferencing, screen sharing, call recording, call routing, and VoIP integration to be very useful for our business. I'm also continually impressed with how quickly 3CX releases new updates and features to the software.

Vantagens:

3CX offers a powerful, feature-rich PBX that includes advanced call routing, conference bridges, Auto Attendants, IVRs and more. 3CX is easy to use and manage, as it provides a simple web-based interface with a drag-and-drop set up. 3CX is extremely flexible, as it is scalable to any size of organization. 3CX is designed to easily integrate with existing business processes, and customers have had success integrating with a range of third-party applications.

Desvantagens:

One of the things I disliked about 3CX was the difficulty in understanding some of the more complicated features, especially for those who are new to using an IP-based phone system. I also found the user interface to be quite clunky and outdated compared to some of its peers. Additionally, some of the features are behind a paywall which may not be suitable for all businesses.

Unexpected we only came this far with telephone center software

Comentários: Coming from a a conventional VOIP system, it surprises me the software VOIP versions looks so 2010 in functionality and quality.

Vantagens:

Recording feature, easily copy-paste phone number or directly call them when phone number is marked.

Desvantagens:

Sound quality of the calls is horrible, lots of restarts needed to keep functionility up, calls are randomly abandoned/cut off, sometimes it does not let you pick the phone or transfer calls and a restart is needed (currently multiple times a day). Part of the problems could be related to our network, but surely not all. Also the fact is does not change status when you log out from windows or start up like in MS Teams is a missed opportunity. Also it does not detect of one is busy with an MS Teams or Zoom call, so regularly you can get double calls if you forget to adjust your status (also accounts they other way I have to admit).

Hi Martin, We are sorry to hear that your experience with 3CX was not the best. Audio quality issues however can be caused by many factors, most of which are not directly related to the software itself. To name some, depending on how you used our system, this could have been caused by insufficient bandwidth or bad WiFi reception, faulty or low-quality headset/handset, insufficient server hardware where 3CX was installed, and more. We would like to suggest you give the system another spin around the block and if you run into similar issues, come in contact with us via our forums or our Support Department to investigate the cause of your issue properly and help you come up with a solution.

3cx is an essential program

Comentários: I am very satisfied with the 3 cx program, as I have been able to carry out its functions in a practical and efficient way on a daily basis. While not perfect, I think this program is very useful.

Vantagens:

This program has provided a trouble-free calling and receiving experience from the moment it was installed on your computer. As a daily user of this tool, I haven't had major difficulties or complaints related to poor quality or connection drops.

Desvantagens:

There are few aspects of the program that I dislike. The first one is the delay in the initial connection. Although it did not record connection failures, the connection slowness makes the program less practical. Also, I notice the lack of an option to make conference calls, which is of paramount importance for my tasks. If this option were available, the utility of the program would improve.

Great platform

Vantagens:

This software is very easy to use. This allows track of call logged éither missed or dialled. Also allows the call recording to be attached very quickly.

Desvantagens:

The fact that when you log break calls still come to your line plus the chat feature makes a sound even if you're on a call.

We stopped wasting money on LANDLINES and chose 3CX as out internet phone PBX

Comentários: For years we had 4 dedicated ATT land lines coming into the office. Most of the employees had 3-4 line phone on their desks, and we would have a few wireless handsets available dispersed in the building. At the time a fully enabled PBX system was simply not justifiable financially. The 3CX software based PBX system changed all this. With a single IP based SIP, we are able to hold up to 16 simultaneous calls! It also piggy backs on the TCPIP network, so when moving to the new office, we did not have to run and install a single phone rj45 jack. Within the day, every employee had a dedicated extension assigned that can be linked to their mobile phone (if they want) . We also created RING GROUPS allowing to dial an extension like 72535 (SALES) which would ring all the sales staff. Everyone liked the ease of picking up others calls, transferring calls, transferring to voice mail and more. You can also load an app to your IPHONE or ANDROID for 3CX. As long as you have DATA services or WIFI, your extension is fully functional anywhere you travel worldwide.

Vantagens:

Price, Ease of set up and feature rich capabilities. The price can be FREE if you are a small office. Still, even for a larger organization the pricing is extremely affordable. It took less than 90 minutes from download to our complete office set up, including 15 extensions. All this with zero training, just following intuitive user interfaces.

Desvantagens:

The support is not great. While we can easily google and search through the 3cx portals, we did not feel there is adequate technical support readily available.

Finally found something we can rely on.

Vantagens:

We have been using 3CX Phone System Professional Edition for almost 3 years now. After a series of non-starter with other brand name phone systems we stumbled across 3CX. We were initially turned off that it was Windows based however this has turned out to be a HUGE benefit. Not only can we use are existing utilities and subscriptions to do backups, screen sharing, maintenance, etc, but our employees were immediately comfortable making changes and other maintenance. 3CX Phone System has features like Web Conferencing, built in screen sharing, free smart phone applications that were not initially a buying consideration for us but have become some of the most valuable and powerful parts of 3CX - and they continue to improve and release more of these valuable feature rich tools - at no additional cost. The licensing model is unique from any other phone system we've used. 3CX is licensed based on Simultaneous calls rather than total extension or lines. While the pricing is very good, its particularly good for larger offices or public spaces where extra phones are required in places they will receive little use. Other systems require you to pay full license cost for these low use phones but with 3CX, there is no extra cost.

Desvantagens:

I've noticed they are too innovative. Where most other phone system are quite stagnate and only release bug fixes, 3CX regularily release new features and is constantly improving capabilities. We have been seeing at least 2 service packs a year, each which represents leaps forward in features and capabilities. They can be ignored, though we've invested into learning and building on them

Truly makes working remotely a possibility

Comentários: 3CX has been a game changer for how I manager my time and work schedule. I can quite literally be anywhere in the world and not miss a thing. I like how there is the option to put the function on "Do Not Disturb" as well, for times you want to disconnect.

Vantagens:

For years I have had a flexible schedule which meant I was not always physically in the office. My concern was always that I was missing calls at my desk, or that the front desk personnel would have to forward the call to my cell phone. The 3CX software seamlessly patches my calls through AND shows the extension name and number the call is coming from.

Desvantagens:

When I downloaded the software onto my iPhone, it also downloaded all of my personal contacts, which makes it harder to search easily for my colleagues and increases the likelihood of mis-calling the wrong person. I use 3CX only for work, so I do not like having my personal contacts mixed in.

Thank you for your positive review. The new IOS version which we are working on, works as you described. The contacts section will only show contacts from 3CX (Work). Your personal contacts will not be mixed. This is how it is designed. In Android you have a filter - Show ALL, 3CX, Android. If you do not want Personal contacts, deny the permission and check the setting "Do not ask again".

Comentários: Overall this is really a great product for the cost. Our IT company has been instrumental in setting this up and guiding us through the options available.

Vantagens:

The software is very affordable compared to other products we looked into and provides an array of options - almost anything we'd need.

Desvantagens:

It doesn't integrate well between soft phone, desk phone, and app on the cell phone. Voice mail or missed calls have to be addressed individually, on each device. Also, if I refuse an incoming call on my cell phone app, I would expect that refusal to apply to the soft phone and desk phone as well, but all continue to ring.

We are so glad to hear that 3CX has provided you with all the features you needed for your business and helped you save at the same time! Voicemail notifications are synced between the devices. Missed call notifications are synced between 3CX apps which are directly connected to 3CX via HTTPS. IP Phone missed call lists can only be reset from the devices themselves. Declining a call will only decline the call for the device itself as each device will receive its own INVITE message to establish a call and declining will only decline that leg of the call. Hope this helps clarify any confusion around the synchronization.

Affordable Phone System for Businesses of All Sizes

Vantagens:

3CX has all the features you would find in major brands of PBX systems with flexible deployment options for on-premise or cloud hosted systems. The system is very easy to setup and administer with training and certification available. 3CX has a large partner network and supports many brands of phones and gateways. The system is very affordable for smaller business and non-profit organizations. Security of calls is built-in which is very important when looking at VoIP telephone solutions. Apps for iOS, Android and Windows make connecting your mobile staff effortless by simply downloading the App and scanning a QR to provision the users extension.

Desvantagens:

Even though there are very useful reports built into the system there is no report for average SIP trunk usage and this is only able to be retrieved through the SIP trunk provider. Features are continually being added and this system is very stable so I cannot really say there are any cons.

3CX, the affordable PBX that gives you big business options for less.

Comentários: I've been using and acting as an admin for several 3CX systems over the last 4 years. The cost savings are great, and their support is top notch. The system works, and their evolution of the product is great.

Vantagens:

3CX gives you a robust platform for phone service for a fraction of other traditional PBX systems. They also give you options for hosting, or to host your own instance of the software. The feature set for 3CX is the same if not better than you will find with other PBX systems. They are always updating their feature set, and have an active community of users who offer suggestions for features that they make happen.

Desvantagens:

The licensing model has changed recently and can be tricky to figure out, but once you do it's easy to know what to do.

A fully featured phone system that does not break the bank and just works.

Comentários: We found 3CX when helping a car dealership client find a new phone system. We like it so much we became 3CX partners and have reached Platinum Partner status with 3CX. Our customers love it, and so do we.

Vantagens:

Ease of implementation, feature set, platform support and reasonable cost. You can use this phone system for almost any situation, whether on-premise with local dial tone, a private co-location datacenter or most major cloud providers. 3CX works aggressively to keep the software up to date and continually rolls out new features, such as their Web Client. Yes - you can even use your Chromebook as your telephone.

Desvantagens:

Occasional changes to the FREE version - but hey, it's free.

Great software that allows for above average PBX solutions that make communication efficient.

Comentários: Cost efficiency on international and local calls

Vantagens:

Its communication medium (the internet) makes it easy for people to communicate despite geographical obstacles and the best thing is it doesn't charge for call roaming costs all you need is access to the internet and the software. The features such as conferencing, webinars, call centers , chat and voice mail allows for individuals or companies to operate seamlessly despite different geographical locations. Support from the manufacturer is simply outstanding as there knowledge base and support team go the extra mile to help you.

Desvantagens:

To get the licensed vendor partnership take a while but its worth it in the end. The limitations to making multiple outbound calls through one gateway makes becomes frustrating when 2 or more people try it at the same time.

Telephone System Game Changer

Comentários: Fantastic product, we left Mitel for 3CX and have never looked back.
Highly recommend it and would dare anyone to copy us.

Vantagens:

Depending on the options available and including engineer costs we found 3CX to be 60-70% cheaper than the likes of Mitel, Avaya, Alcatel and the like. It does everything that they can do and has open connectivity with open\transparent licensing , so the more you use or the larger your business the more you will save.

Desvantagens:

3CX can be installed by anyone and some seem to think it is as easy as click, click click, the only bad thing is that you need to ensure that your partner is experienced and has completed large 3CX projects successfully.

Great and easy to use

Comentários: I love that i canbe reached without givong out my personal number. This way i know when work calls are coming through and personal calls. Easy, user friendly interface and semi customizable!

Vantagens:

The app allows me to take office calls while I'm at home or out of the office, without giving out my personal number. Ive got my own extension and voicemail. From our office phone we are able to see if our guests (hotel) are using the phones in their rooms amd can easily xfer calls to guests or staff.

Desvantagens:

When the phone rings..it also rings through the office desktop and that feature needs to be disabled every time we login. No other complaints!

Vantagens:

I think that the call recording is very useful, we have had to listen to recordings multiple times for different scenarios and it has always come in handy. I love that all of our voicemails come directly to our email address, because we are able to check for new ones frequently throughout the day.

Desvantagens:

The only complaint I have about this software is the messaging feature, the messages only come to one computer so if that computer is not routinely monitored the messages never get read.

3 CX FAILURE

Comentários: I cannot wait until my company chooses a new chat/phone software. I would never recommend this to a company larger than 1 room of workers

Vantagens:

There is really nothing I like about this software. It is not user friendly at all

Desvantagens:

I dislike everything about this program. The main complaint is there is no way to go off line. To let people know your not there, you must mark it unavailable. but then when you come back you need to remember to make it available again or you can't receive calls. There is no way for it to just go idle when your computer does. In order to see the "call parking" you have to have a second big window open . Atleast on the big window, you can remove the department seperaters and just alphabetize your contacts

Comentários: Had too many customers now that we use 3cx the service was so poor that some customers left us. Now we have more free time to play solitaire.

Vantagens:

Can see when coworkers are on the phone. Can hangup the calls, log in and out of que. Change modes that you are using like away and busy

Desvantagens:

Frequently locks up and freezes nothing appears on screen. Phone hot keys often don't log in and out of Que and other issues with system .
