> **Vantagens**: The simplicity of the tool makes work significantly easier. I don't want to think about how to use a tool; I need a tool that does what it needs to and helps me move things forward. OnePageCRM is that tool. It's just... automatic for me.

> **Desvantagens**: Not much really. I think it'd be nice to have more snippet functionality in the emails, keyboard shortcuts for templates, etc... but those things are just in the "nice to have" bucket for me.

> **Vantagens**: The action stream is incredible. It forces me to interact and act on my CRM content. It's no longer just a place to house information, but to move opportunities forward. It's the CRM I've been looking for.&#10;They've thought through the flow of day-to-day customer interaction - action is needed. I can make calls while driving and I'm immediately prompted to make a note about the call (logging the time in that leads activity). When I complete an action I'm immediately prompted to set the next action (before I forget\!)&#10;Everything is connected, but I don't have to fill out every field to move forward with my day. I can edit and add as I go - the ultimate flexibility while retaining the critical info I need to close deals.

> **Desvantagens**: The thing I like least is it took me too long to find it and the rest of my team isn't on it yet\! For me it has checked every box I was looking for in a CRM, and many I didn't even know I needed, at a price point that is extremely affordable\!

> **Vantagens**: There isn't any fluff\! Everything included is useful and serves a purpose. There's plenty of flexibility to go as complex or simple with the data, and it syncs with programmes that we already use (e.g. Mailerlite).

> **Desvantagens**: It can be heavy on business jargon. While I understand this is because it is a business-focused CRM, it would be great to see some flexibility in this to make it more appropriate to the non-profit sector.

> It's been an experience of ease\! While I feel we're still getting to grips with exactly how to implement OnePage CRM to maximise its usefulness, it's been a simple tool to use. I'm also grateful for the tutorials I've viewed and support we've received along the way.
