Vantagens: The best part of this software is the slicing & dicing of the date that can be done very easily. It is a one login solution for all your marketing needs like - Mailers, SMS, On-Site marketing & Brower push notification.
Desvantagens:
There is actually nothing to write here.
I can just say that in rare case, things take time to get completely resolved.
I really like this product and maybe I will recommend this one

Vantagens: easy to use and all website and marketing management at one dashboard, This product also helps to collect important data from other platforms
Desvantagens: pricing is too much for bootstrapped startups as well as this software is little slow less attractive but this is nice

Vantagens: Allows to target the users in many possible ways for every email. Customization of the creative/html is easy.
Desvantagens: The UX is not intuitive. Too many options. May be have the software itself tell you the next steps, instead of going through the written posts/articles.
