Vantagens:

I like how they have added the features to cancel and refund within the website instead of access the student's accounts on a different website.

Desvantagens:

My least favorite would be that some emails get sent to the wrong department.

Gladly - You'll be glad you did!

Comentários: Gladly is a phenomenal company to partner with. Their software is a leader in this space and the team supporting it truly partners with their customers for success. From the sales process, to implementation and even post install support I have always felt like I was the most important customer to Gladly. My guess is all of their customers feel the same way I do!

Vantagens:

Gladly is an easy to use, all in one software that allowed us to eliminate multiple, fragmented products we used previously to support our customers. Gladly offers a true 360 degree view of our customers in a UI that is as easy as using a smartphone to text with.

Desvantagens:

No real cons to report as anything I felt would make my teams experience better on Gladly they implemented shortly after I recommended it.

Comentários: Great! This helps us be more efficient and put our customers first.

Vantagens:

It creates a great Omni-channel experience for our team. We can work seamlessly through all of our channels and understand how everything is performing.

Desvantagens:

Not anything I would call out. I have been an Admin for years across two companies and have no complaints.

Comentários: Using gladly as our primary tool software was the most amazing experience I've ever had. Because of gladly, the workload was 1000 times simpler and lighter. It's a great idea to consolidate all conversations in one location. Additionally, I love how easy it is to navigate with the icons.

Vantagens:

I enjoy how easy it is to help clients using all available contact channels through phones, chat and emails and how useful it is to have everything in one place. You don't need to look through a lot of previous tickets in other areas to solve each client's problem because everything is so conveniently situated.

Desvantagens:

Nothing that I can think of, as the tool has been wonderful thus far in all respects.

Comentários: Improving customer experience, easy navigation, and excellent in keeping customers conversation.

Vantagens:

Easy to use when finding the reach out or conversation history. Outbound option are in place and is easy to access/use.

Desvantagens:

Gladly suddenly refreshes and you lose what you are typing in or want to save.

Comentários: Gladly assists commerce brands, including our company, in transforming customer service in order to increase loyalty by providing excellent customer service experiences through the platform.

Vantagens:

What I like most about Gladly is it has a single, lifelong conversation across all channels. The user can view the customer's entire conversation history, regardless of channel, in a single view. This gives customers more context, less repetition, faster responses, and a more personal touch.

Desvantagens:

Although the user may experience errors when exporting data, Gladly significantly improves the platform's reporting capabilities, making it an even more powerful tool to everyone.

Gladly helpus to help the customers, Great!!

Comentários: I use it every day, to answer to the customer and I give my best to help them and gadly helps me to do that so easy.

Vantagens:

It's great that the call is always recorded and that we can stop the recording when we need it. It helps us to keep track of every call very easy. Not only that, but it has the option to listen other call to monitoring in case is needed. Very helpful.

Desvantagens:

All of gladly is great and very helpful! Don't dislike anything.

Vantagens:

This product is really great as it is our main connection with our customers and helps us reach back to them too.

Desvantagens:

There is only one thing I dislike about it and that is the ring tone when ever you get a phone call

The input call buttons, the answer question button, the text messages. I really just like the entire setup of Gladly

I really don't know of any any features that I just don't like about Gladly

Comentários: I'm overall satisfied with Gladly since we can easily go through members' previous contacts. Because of this, it's easier to look for a solution.

Vantagens:

The members' contacts are streamlined and it's not difficult to check the members' previous concerns. Also, I liked the option to loop another department/people in the comment section of the task.

Desvantagens:

We cannot attach a document or a screenshot in the comment section of the task. It would be better if we can attach a screenshot.

Comentários: As long as I can communicate with the customer, I will be resolving a business requirement. Being able to contact our customers through chat, SMS, email, or calls is a crucial part of the business.

Vantagens:

I love the "search for answer" feature; it allows me to select the correct answer for a determined case. This software is easy to use, it just required a few hours of training, I just have to be pending of how I manage my time because this system is like my Kronos at the same time, it measures my availability vs schedule. It allows me to locate any coworker and make calls outside the company. It is all in one.

Desvantagens:

This software is used to measure my productivity, when I am coaching new hires and do not interact with it for 45 to 60 minutes it takes me out without previous notice and when I realize it, already passed more than 10 minutes. It does not allow me to correct the notes already posted.

Vantagens:

Being able to reduce duplicate reach outs from the same user across different channels - which affect volume projections

Desvantagens:

Whenever a customer reaches out to multiple channels, the SLA is counted in each of the channels so it results to inaccurate data as an agent is only able to assist in one channel at a time

Gladly keeps things organized!

Vantagens:

As a customer service employee, Glady is excellent at organizing customer information and keeping all interactions in one place from email/chat/text/call history, and ability to make notes and create tasks for other teams so each team member is on the same page if the customer reaches back out and each employee can pick up where the other left off easily.

Desvantagens:

Small complaint honestly, but I wish I could edit the appearance and ring tone as I prefer to work on screens in dark mode and the ring tone is not pleasing when you hear it 50+ times a day.

Vantagens:

Streamlined multi-channel communication and recordkeeping, allowing our team to work efficiently and keep our promises to members.

Desvantagens:

It would be nice if pinning items worked chronologically instead of in the order pinned, that is legitimately the only flaw I can find.

Comentários: So far, the experience is good. Gladly support is always there to assist!

Vantagens:

I like the single-thread feature. It makes checking member contact history easier. I also like how gladly is set up, it's very user friendly.

Desvantagens:

No Chat transcript - Hopefully they add that feature in the future. No mobile app. If gladly can have a mobile app, it's easier to monitor the queue while your away from your computer.

Perfect for Everyday customer service

Vantagens:

Love how easy it is to help the customer in all forms of communication, everything being in one ☝🏼 place is beyond helpful. Not having to click through tabs is a life saver

Desvantagens:

I wish it had a night mode! Looking at a white screen all day is hard on the eyes

Comentários: It's so great! I love that this is my CS platform and it's so easy to use!

Vantagens:

So easy to use to communicate with customers. They love the integration with shopify and how easy it is for us to locate orders.

Desvantagens:

I wish that they had a mass assign for tickets - we have to pull tickets one by one which is fine, but we could have some time saved
