Vantagens:

A interface principal é amigável e bem direta. Possui função de ocultar dados sensíveis com opção de revelar quando necessário.

Desvantagens:

A interface mais específica para registro de férias, por exemplo, é arcaica e difícil de utilizar.

Para quem pretende usar o sistema ADP no dia a dia como ferramenta de demonstrativos de pagamento

Comentários: De forma geral o minha experiência na usabilidade do sistema foi muito boa.

Vantagens:

A ferramenta é muito simples e clara no quesito usabilidade do funcionários

Desvantagens:

Um dos pontos que para minha experiência eu menos gostei foi a alteração de senha, já que eu precisava alterar a senha quase que sempre.

Visualização

Comentários: Utilizo desde que ingressei na minha atual empresa e nunca tive nenhum problema com a ferramente. Sempre nos atendeu muito bem.

Vantagens:

A ferramenta nos permite enxergar com facilidade tudo o que ocorre no RH, trazendo super exemplificado os benefícios que possuo.

Desvantagens:

Embora seja por questão de segurança, o trâmite para redefinir senha.

Submissions and invoices management

Comentários: The experience is good for all the payroll and claim-related information. We can download the invoices, claim submissions, tax sheets, and tax calculations in one place only. The performance of the environment is good to see and work.

Vantagens:

1. It is a very useful application in managing and checking payroll-related activities. 2. Dashboard and UI make it easy to see the relevant options and the platform is very secure and well-integrated with the company domain for secure access. 3. Submission of claims, navigating the progress, and calculating the payouts are easy and all things are automated.

Desvantagens:

1. Very limited product with few features only not able to see anything much or new. 2. No customization options available as per the requirement.

ADP Simple.

Vantagens:

How the dashboard shows you everything, it’s very easily used, and straightforward.

Desvantagens:

I wish that they had Plaid options to transfer straight to bank or card, but that’s about it.

Reliable, Functional, but antiquated and not user-friendly.

Comentários: I have mixed feelings about ADP Workforce Now. On one hand, the system is reliable, safe, functional, and integrates well with other software (for a price, by the way). On the other hand, its over-emphasis on security and device requirements causes many issues for our employee-base. The recruitment and learning modules are OK. There are definitely some quality of life changes that are needed to make this a must for our business.

Vantagens:

ADP is very functional. It has a lot of features and is fairly practitioner-friendly. The recruiting module is growing and is reliable. I have not had any major issues and I find it to be a solid option for an HRIS. I have had positive interactions with their support team as well.

Desvantagens:

It is not user-friendly for our employee-base. Many of them are not technologically savy and struggle with both SSO and 2FA codes. I understand the importance and necessity of security, but the constant updates, browser-based logins (even on an app), and the device requirements are not suitable for frontline manufacturing. The learning and development arm of ADP is very clunky. It hardly had suitable features, would break often, and was difficulty to sort, assign, and follow-up on assigned training. Customizing and creating your own content is a chore.

ADP Workforce Now: Convenient, Useful, if not Totally Intuitive!

Comentários: ADP Workforce Now has been over all an upgrade from our previous paystub and time management system. It cuts down on employee confusion and gives them a one stop place to access all their needs. Some of the menus aren't completely intuitive but it's easy once you've accessed it a few times.

Vantagens:

It's been incredibly easy to access information about pay stubs, see the break down of pay, and to file for things like time off.

Desvantagens:

The 'My Benefits' screen where the time off button is rather hidden. One of the things employees so often use ADP for is putting their time off in and it's not easily accessible from the home screen.

Essential HR tool for small businesses

Comentários: Overall a great HR resource and easy to use on both the administrative and employee end.

Vantagens:

Allows us to track employee information, timecards and benefits all in one place

Desvantagens:

I wish there was a few more features available on the supervisor end when it comes to PTO banks, etc

Clunky and not User Friendly. Found it difficult to use effectively

Comentários: Overall, although we retained ADP as our primary payroll provider, we discontinued use of Workforce now in favor of multiple platforms that more effectively fit our needs

Vantagens:

I like that there is sych a wide variety of functionality and depth of resources available for managing nearly all aspects of business, for HR to Accounting, Employee Benefits, Documents Management, Intranet etc.

Desvantagens:

We found that the software over all was clunky, cumbersome and nit user friendly or intutive. Employees struggled to learn to navigate the varioua skilss needed to build the tools for each area of functionality. When usjng pre-built templates instead, users often found them difficult to navigate and hard to find needed information quickly.

Great Program

Comentários: I have used ADP Workforce Now as both an employee and an administrator and for both roles, it did what it needed to do.

Vantagens:

From an administrator standpoint, I like the way I can update the home screen to provide relevant and important information to employees at a glance. The ease of finding reports is also a big plus with ADP Workforce Now. And a final thing that is great about ADP Workforce Now is how easy it is to get on to a chat with customer service when I need assistance with something.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes it is hard to learn new updates when they come out.

ADP Workforce is a decent product

Comentários: My overall experience is that ADP Workforce is fair. There are some decent parts of it, but overall, I think there is room for improvement.

Vantagens:

the mobile app allows users to clock in with face ID making the clock in process simple. I also like the ability to "Quick Clock".

Desvantagens:

ADP is clunky and often lags when internet is anything less than optimal. Given that I can only clock in and out when I'm at my employer's location where internet is subpar, that presents difficulties tracking time accurately.

"Always Do Payroll- Through ADP"

Comentários: Overall there is a reason ADP is by far the largest provider of private payrolls in the United States. The product is great, and they operate more in a partnership with account managers, and support staff to assist HR, Payroll, and Operations teams within an organization. Employees are happy with the interface.

Vantagens:

ADP Workforce now is easy for employees and administrators to follow. For those companies considering using the Payroll, HR, and Benefit Segments, it's intuitively designed and easy to implement.

Desvantagens:

Cost and isn't as simple and intuitive as the small business software ADP can provide. This is a complex machine designed to work best in complex environments.

Nice ADP Workforce

Comentários: It is not the first time to use this kind of website for me. And ADP Workforce was the best so far. It is very easy to use and convenient to control my data.
It would be useful site not only for employees but also employer.

ADP Workforce Now is a Great HR Tool!

Comentários: Overall, my experience was very positive the ADP Workforce Now. I am not very good with technology and so the fact that I could navigate it with very little help and had few issues says something very positive about this platform.

Vantagens:

I found the ADP Workforce Now platform fairly easy to use - intuitive for the most part. I also thought the reports were comprehensive - at least enough for my needs. Customer service was also good - fast to assist and resolve any issues.

Desvantagens:

I can't really think of anything I disliked about the ADP Workforce Now platform. Any issue I had was user-error, not the fault of the system!

Transitioned from ADP Workforce to Paycom

Comentários: It was difficult to navigate and it was better than TotalSource where I had a number of compliance issues. The reporting could have been more robust

Vantagens:

I used ADP Workforce Now after I migrated away from ADP Total and I had to bring everything in house. The initial set up was not difficult

Desvantagens:

I have many. My implementation manager fell out of the process and we were left to figure out implementation, especially during the parallel testing

One of the Best Workforce Apps

Comentários: Overall experience is excellent. Will be continuing to use and looking forward to more updates and tools that will be becoming available in the future.

Vantagens:

The simplicity of the app and the new updates really made the app much more than what it used to be. Ease of use as well as all the tools you have available. Everything you need in one app.

Desvantagens:

Before the updates the app could be slow at times. Even now the app can be a bit slow especially with logging in, but nothing that should deter anyone from using the app.

Comentários: For the most part I enjoyed the system most because anything you needed to see was very easy to view but not always accessible

I like the ease that you could move around in the system

The only hard part of the app was requesting you time off

ADP overview

Comentários: Overall, the app is useful and provides all the basic necessities and information one would need to deal with things associated with your job.

Vantagens:

ADP allows you to clock in and out of work without needing to sign in. It also allows admins/ your employer to provide training videos in the app to help you in your field of work.

Desvantagens:

The new update makes it a bit difficult to sign in. Instead of being strictly on the app, it opens an external browser then you need to have a verification code.

When You Use ADP You Don't Need To Worry About Your $$$$

Comentários: ADP is one of the best workplace apps in terms of pay. Any and all employees have access not just to their most recent paystubs but the ability to compare them to other periods and time of the year. They also have a PDF of the actual work paystub, Incase you take a more diligent approach when it comes to keeping your reciepts

Vantagens:

It makes it easy to check out your pay stub a few days in advance. Helping in case there was any discrepancy in pay, hours or vacation time.

Desvantagens:

Occasionally there can be issues signing in or random maintenance hours occuring on pay days

ADP - For all your business functions

Comentários: It can be overwhelming, but this system offers all the essential features you might need. ADP is a widely used platform, and we have relied on it for several years. We use ADP for various functions, including payroll, employee hiring, performance reviews, and tax management.

Vantagens:

It's a lot to take in, but it includes all the features one might need. ADP is widely used, and we have been using it for a good number of years. We have relied on ADP for various functions, including payroll, employee hiring, performance reviews, and tax management.

Desvantagens:

It feels outdated; I miss the fresh look of current UIs. There are too many clicks to navigate between different sections, which I dislike the most.
