Efficient Client Management with eWay-CRM
Comentários: Using eWay-CRM has been a first-rate enjoy standard. It’s a consumer-friendly and dependable device that enables streamline duties, manipulate purchaser facts and take care of invoicing efficiently. The automation gear are a first-rate time-saver and the responsive IT help adds to its reliability. While there are occasional minor issues, it remains an important part of my enterprise operations.
Vantagens:
eWay-CRM stands out for its ease of use, helping me create invoices and manage responsibilities results easily. The automation capabilities save time, and it’s a reliable answer for organizing client statistics. With remarkable IT help and clean commercial enterprise methods, it’s a step in advance of options like Money-S and Pohoda.
Desvantagens:
eWay-CRM most important drawbacks are slow performance at instances, no offline functionality that can interrupt work.

Comentários: The bad - the web interface has no integration with emails, Outlook for Mac is unfamiliar and I can't use it, nor can current modern Outlook for Windows. Moreover, I find the philosophy of the whole system unclear.
Vantagens:
Probably nothing worth mentioning (and minimum of 40 charactest here - are you crazy?)
Desvantagens:
It forces me to use the outdated, unfashionable and ugly classic Outlook or the web interface, which in turn lacks integration with email. In addition, when one would be willing to use the old Outlook (why, for God's sake!) and has a modern Copilot+ laptop with AArch64 architecture, everything is disgustingly slow and by the time Outlook boots up, I can make coffee. It's 2024, not the noughties where x86 is the only platform in the world. So I use eWay out of necessity, not pleasure...

Comentários: eWay is great. After evaluating all the best CRM products found in popular CRM product reviews, eWay came out on top for us and we are not looking back or missing any functionality either.
Vantagens:
It's seamless integration into Outlook and working with attached documents.
Desvantagens:
Not much negative to talk about. I'll have to think hard. Maybe the development that now mostly focuses on Outlook Online instead of Desktop. The table editing would have been great to have on desktop.

We chose e-Way because of its integration into MS Outlook, we did not want to use a separate application. We were very impressed by the plug-in panel, thanks to which the user can always see whether the contact is registered in the database or not and is able to add it to the database with one click.
We regret that for us the key plug-in panel is also e-Way's biggest pain point. Supposedly, Outlook itself is to blame. User-wise, however, we find it very inconvenient.
Other than the above, we have no objections to e-Way. However, user willingness to filling the database is quite poor due to the problems with the panel.

Desvantagens:
The plug-in panel often shuts down, logs out, etc. This is supposedly not the fault of e-Way, but of Outlook itself. However, it doesn't change the fact that it is very inconvenient.

Comentários: It has brought to us a systematic evidence of all business leads and projects and helped us to specify better responsibilities for all projects as well as single stages of each project.

Comentários: eWay-CRM has completely revolutionized virtually every element of our business. It has allowed us to substantially scale our infrastructure while creating time savings and new efficiencies at every turn. It's also allowed us to leverage the assistance of virtual assistants in a way that never would have been possible without eWay. We have systemized all aspects of our company to be better and faster.
Vantagens:
The modules are almost limitless in their customization options which allows us to design module types that perfectly support the most efficient workflows.
Desvantagens:
That some feature changes still require the old admin settings. Though I am now comfortable navigating the old settings, it makes it more difficult to allocate responsibility to others sense it's a different dashboard that is designed differently than the new admin portal.

Comentários: I am very satisfied with eWay. It's an easy-to-use Outlook add-in that's very smart and helpful when you need to save emails, files, and keep track of deadlines. Great when multiple people need to work with one file - there is a versioning option.

Comentários: in our company we use e-Way as an operational database for sales representatives on the go. we have here all the important information about the customer, which we can change and add. traders write down their information from meetings here, which can be well reported.

Communication with IT support is excellent. we can solve many things immediately by phone or remote management

each software has its own logic of programming and use and its own nomenclature. at first it was sometimes more difficult to empathize with these words.

Comentários: We have been working with Eway for a long time and I am mostly satisfied with its features. It makes our work easier if it is used correctly and relevant data is entered into it.
Vantagens:
Large amounts of important data in one place. It is well connected to Power BI.

Sometimes it is lengthy to download reports.

Comentários: Mid level user not had much more than 25% use of the platform and modules but the Company, Contact and Deals modules are very nice.

Comentários: We use eWay since 2009, mostly as a contact database, to track attendance and few customized reports. Overall we are satisfied, switching to Enterprice licence now so as a strategic plan for the future I personaly value that we can use our current licences. Thus the dislike as the monthly fee to rent the licence is expensive.
Vantagens:
We value our customized reports which compare our data from attendance to profits on each client. The use of eWay is not difficult, only time consuming to some employees working on different agendas.
Desvantagens:
The posibility to buy a licence have been disabled. Also since we use eWay for many years, our database is big and we noticed the start of outlook is slow, often outlook blocks eWay and sometimes it takes time to load report or open an module.
