Now I would not want to be without Clarcity. I am a bookkeeper for 4 elementary schools. All of my staff uses Clarcity for their credit card transactions and reimbursements. Shared staff uses the mileage feature as well. Now that everyone is on the system, processing payments to vendors and staff has become so much easier. I also like that as an administrator I can go back and find a charge for anyone to see what budget account was used. This is huge when trying to forecast budget balances during interim check runs and year end spend down. I would recommend Clarcity to anyone with more that 10 staff to track. I like that I can take a picture of a receipt and instantly upload it to my Clarcity receipt profile for later use. > > **Desvantagens**: The thing I dislike about Clarcity is that there are so many steps involved in submitting an expense report, ie: you have to n ame the report, select a location, select a description, assign an account number. And then when you go to approve an expense report, there are several steps as well.
