For example now we have to create an additional connection and keep one saying 'previous education officer' at xyz museum...and then add new connection 'education officer at ...so that we can keep the work history of the contact and where we've worked with them before. Would prefer it wsa kept on their profile in a more user friendly way. Also find it quite slow and clunky. Creating new events and the booking process is straightforward. I love the automated emails and potential new opportunities as the software develops. > > **Desvantagens**: Trusting the finance intergration with our packages - we are still having some issues but unsure if it is user error\! There are quite a lot of choices when manually renewing or creating a membership, some of which isn't obvious the affect it could have when integrating with our Xero account. I just have to work closely with our finance manager to ensure we have followed the process and it is displaying correctly in Xero. Segments - I still find these tricky when trying to extract information and trusting it is pulling accurate data. > > The past 7 months have been a steep learning curve (which we were fully briefed on by Joe\!) Our members are finding it easy to use and navigate which is the main thing, I still question if I am using it correctly\!
