Comentários: Iniciamos utilizando Airtable para acompanhamento de Startups e com alguns formulários entre outros e hoje já utilizamos para outras demandas e apps que possam estar nos auxiliando.

Vantagens:

A usabilidade fácil de se poder criar telas, apps e colaboração dentro da plataforma, a forma de atualizar, criar novas views, formulários dentro da plataforma de maneira rápida para fazer a gestão do projeto.

Desvantagens:

Por ser um app internacional para quem não compreende muito o inglês as vezes acaba pegando algum erro por achar que tal palavra é tal ação mas no mas a plataforma ainda não tem algo que nos deixe com gosto de "não gostei".

Vantagens:

Ele deve ser ótimo aplicativo pra solucionar problemas

Desvantagens:

Não tem nada contra ele e ótimo para ajudar

Vantagens:

It’s collaboration tools, customizable views and automation and integration is the most I like about AIRTABLE.

Desvantagens:

Pricing and scalability and offline functions are not that great

Clunky with a dedicated niche userbase

Vantagens:

Airtable has sort of carved its own niche for task management

Desvantagens:

The initial setup seems difficult. Navigation is not user-friendly unless you get used to it, which takes a lot of time.

Streamline your CRM & Grants Tracking with Airtable

Comentários: We use Airtable for tracking grants and as a CRM. It's a wonderful tool for sharing data across teams.

Vantagens:

Excellent tool for sorting and tracking data

Desvantagens:

It take a little learning to set up color coding for columns and moving rows.

Airtable Review

Vantagens:

Airtable has a really nice visual interface and some cool collaboration features, which makes it a breeze to work with your team. Being able to create custom apps without no coding is a major plus too

Desvantagens:

The free version has limited records and features, which is a bit of a bummer. Also the formula options are not as advanced as in traditional spreadsheets, I guess

A great tool to build products with

Vantagens:

It's API and the ability to use it also as a database

Desvantagens:

It could have some better SDKs probably for typescript.

Easily integrates to store collected feedback in one place

Vantagens:

Airtable integrates well with our other tools so all the customer feedback is stored in one place.

Desvantagens:

I am not overly familiar with the search functionality.

Comentários: Bittersweet...it served us well, but to unlock the most useful features we had to pay a lot of money.

In order to have better record views, one must upgrade.

Comentários: We use Airtable on a daily basis and recommend it to all of our clients
Once you gain the knowledge to use it, it becomes a really powerful tool
The learning curve is a bit steep though

The learning curve was hard, especially when dealing with the API

Handy Collaboration Software for Remote Teams

Comentários: We've been very happy with the service from Airtable for managing some of our tasks and collaborative environments. It has a very intuitive design, you can just pick it up and start using it as soon as, and it basically requires no setup which was good for our IT resources. Other than that, it's reasonably priced, and maintains good performance even when a few people are working on the same sheet at the same time. Very happy overall.

Vantagens:

We really enjoy having a lot of different features available that we can explore, mainly stuff like document management, database, and data workflows. It lets you cover different needs without having to get a few separate tools and ten have to sync them together. The ability to consolidate all those feature sunder one roof is also good for the budget of course.

Desvantagens:

I'm not sure if it rises up to the level of tools like Monday and Asana for project management. There aren't as many project customization options and it tends to get a bit all over the place when the number of projects starts to increase. It would be good to have more views for projects and more customizations on the project level.

Airtable Streamlines Client/Agency Collaboration

Comentários: We have also used Airtable as a database for clients -- it's a great collaborative tool and has more flexibility than Google Sheets/Excel.

Vantagens:

Airtable makes it easy for our agency to collaborate with clients on content management. Previously, we used Asana but the client could see too much into our internal back-end and collaboration. Airtable allows clients to see the front end, as well as submit revision request. This creates a cleaner, more professional experience for our clients.

Desvantagens:

It has come with a slight learning curve, but if you take the time upfront to determine the most efficient ways to set up your bases; the time it takes to set it up/learn is minimal compared to how much time it will save you long-term!

Excellent application integration and fast database creation

Comentários: Using Airtable, we are able to consolidate data for teams working in different locations, ensuring that everyone always has access to the most up-to-date information. I can organize and analyze seemingly impossible data on a spreadsheet with the help of Airtable, and I can even perform some really deep reasoning without knowing how to code.

Vantagens:

I appreciate the adaptability. With the help of drop-down menus, department-specific colors, and the ability to sort data by any number of criteria, I can easily organize my data into useful chunks. Though I'm only just getting started with Airtable, I'm enjoying my time with it and am looking forward to learning all there is to know about it.

Desvantagens:

It can be cumbersome to keep track of which users have access to certain databases and tables, therefore you may prefer to use a different platform when communicating with stakeholders.

This is the cool brother of your office package

Comentários: It has been extremely beneficial and we use it absolutely every day. There are drawbacks, for sure, but once you learn how to navigate it and use this tool, it will be game-changing.

Vantagens:

Airtable feels like the cool brother of Office packages out there. It is great for keeping track of project statuses, or the status of work left undone. It also allows you to build forms that will populate the data in their version of spreadsheet, which is highly powerful and supports some cool features, such as complex relational data structures, that usually other competitors don't.

Desvantagens:

There are a few downsides to Airtable. As a user, they could offer better reporting and analytics, this way our teams could better understand what is working and what could go better just by assessing data. Also, sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming to use its customisation options.

Airtable truly is a powerful database for the rest of us.

A tiny bit of coding can make your life on Airtable even easier—and the best part is that ChatCPT can write those lines of code for Airtable in no time. It's a dream-come-true.

Comentários: I love Airtable and have been a user for about seven years. I use it daily for my business and my personal life. It keeps everything organized just the way I like it. The visual customization of the tables is crucial for someone like me who is a visual learner. Now with the introduction of ChatGPT I can expand my Airtable functionality by providing scripts and formulas that I otherwise would not be able to create.

Vantagens:

I love almost everything about Airtable. It's functionality is unmatched and I love the customization that's available. The automations are a life saver.

Desvantagens:

I hate the cost. It's unbearably expensive for a one-person business who needs to have their clients be able to use the platform. It would be easier to digest if collaborator billing was on a tiered plan or if the admin/owner price was slightly higher to avoid making collaborators billable.

Totally Worth It

Comentários: Great experience using this app. Easy to collaborate with your team and really simple to use. The AI feature is also really neat. Helps bring out the creativity in everyone and definitely makes for more interesting and valuable projects.

I enjoyed the ease of use for this software. The simplicity and design of the webpage is very pleasant. I liked how easy it was to collaborate with coworkers and manage projects together. All around a great app!

Desvantagens:

The only thing is the limitations with the different plans that there are. Seems like once you upgrade, you have to give up some tools to get different ones. Other than that it is still great.
