They are not able to enter their business addresses together with the booking. For this reason all Business-invoices has to be cancelled and manually new written. Sorry, that's only ugly. Nobody helps if you have problems. When starting with MEWS there isn't anybody you can ask. Workflow is very special and needs time to understand, very much time and faults happens in this time. > > MEWS is modern, has big goals, but they are far away from the reality. So do yourself a favor and switch from that legacy system of yours to Mews and the revenue streams will open. > > **Desvantagens**: Not much really but do mind now if you switch from a legacy system that you pay every 1-2 years to do an upgrade to get some new functions. With Mews you need to keep yourself and the staff alert on new functions and constantly evolve with the system to get the most out of it. In Mews updates come every week, some big some small.
