WebOps is the backbone of our organizational functionality, saving us time and money

Pros: Great responsive group that run the company and programing.
The system is user friendly for data collection and management needs.
Supports our regulatory needs for product controls.
System down time is limited, mostly to scheduled time slots.
Information exports easily to excel format.
System functionality goes well beyond our organizational needs.
Cons: Can be a bit slow as information builds in the system.

Comentários: We have worked with WebOps for almost three years. The WebOps Sales Team came to our facility and helped get everything planned out and setup. Customer Support has been wonderful, always so responsive and helpful. We customized much of the system, but they are always there to support us with any questions we may have.
