Vantagens: I love to having this tool at my work. It is a great software to track time in companies like mine where there are flexible work hours, this tool allowed having the supervision and analyze the employees productivity.
Desvantagens: The software developed some apps where the employees could also request their vacation time and everything through their phones. It make things seem easier but they left requesting the information to last minute and the software had issues with the past events.
