Good ERP to take in consideretion

Comentários: We are a growing company, we manufacture, we order from other suppliers, we produce, and we sale trough Shopify and B2B and wholesale via Quickbooks, We have a sales department, technical department and, production department and shipping department, this way I can integrate all under one platform.

Vantagens:

We were about to implement Inventory management, and Shopify recommend Erpag, I just been using the Demo, but they got me at the first minute, very intuitive and easy to navigate. I will try also the service and repair platform.

Desvantagens:

No integration with other apps, at least couldn't find how to do it.

Great System

Comentários: Having had free trials of other software, ERPAG was the best and most cost effective out of all of them. We initially paid monthly whilst we evaluated whether it would work for our company and then we went ahead and paid for a yearly subscription. In the time we have had ERPAG, we have made it work for our company to the best of our abilities. The only way we would get better is to have a bespoke system made for us which would prove too costly. Being a small company, ERPAG works great for us and we would recommend it to anyone.

Vantagens:

It is really easy to use and someone with no or little experience with similar systems would be able to understand it. When we have an issue, it's great that we can chat with an advisor to sort it out. When we needed something changing, they did this without a fuss and roled it out for everyone to use. It also integrates with our accounts software so we do not have to duplicate work.

Desvantagens:

Nothing really. I have managed to learn the system with relative ease.

Comentários: So far it has been grate and seams to fulfill all of the items that we needed with some extra features that are great.

Documentation/Manual some features are not fully explained or have not been updated with the product

Great software for the money

Comentários: Great functionality for the price, and super easy to navigate the software.

Vantagens:

1. Lot traceability is super easy. 2. Product and inventory management is highly functional.

Desvantagens:

1. So far, the financial piece seems insufficient for my needs. 2. Not sure how well it will integrate with my retail website, as mine is not Shopify.

Comentários: It's been a very nice journey working with them. ERPAG has really transformed our organization from a manual invoice making form to digitized form . It has eliminated a lot of tasks and also gives the sales , purchase , inventory quantity and valuation instantly .
I very much recommend this software to all small and mid sized company looking for inventory management solution

Vantagens:

It was very easy to implement as we could import the data from old system very easily . The UI is very intuitive and easy . The process was very simple for all the users to understand. It was exactly what we had wanted. ERPAG has been a big boon for our inventory management. We have reduced our inventory level, obsolete stock and improved our profitability. With ERPAG our customers can also view the stock in our warehouse and make orders. This was also very helpful

Desvantagens:

Their customer support is very responsive and reply very fast . But sometimes when we ask them complex or difficult things . They may not know .

ERPAG for small business management

Vantagens:

Switching to ERPAG was one of the best business decisions I've made in the last five years. It's easy to train new employees to use the program. It's a robust program that can probably do a lot more than we use it for but it suits our needs perfectly. The customer service is excellent and I consider it an excellent value.

Desvantagens:

It's tricky to customize some documents but we got help along the way from the ERPAG team.

that there is no arabic language , and for a demo need to have access more than one user to access

Integration with QBO was the first reason I chose ERPAG

The time to set up my system.....but that's not their fault

Excellent Easy to Use ERP System

Comentários: We choose ERPAG after wasting our money in custom ERP system with other company and it took almost 1 year for them to figure out what we needed and it still did not work.ERPAG is so easy to deploy , anyone with basic ERP knowledge can start using in few minutes. And I have never seen ERP system with so much customization option in reports.

Vantagens:

It was so easy to deploy this software. We started using within 4-5 days and that include training to team.

Desvantagens:

Only thing we did not like about this software is limited capability in accounting module.

Comentários: * Fast support* fast UI / Web interface / SAAS program* many hidden gems! many hidden features ! * it's made with passion, that's for sure. * Odoo can't compete with this inventory management !

Vantagens:

IF you are in need of a clear to use inventory management, without feeling like you are managing an amazon warehouse.. Erpag is just what you need, mobile app for your techs, multiple warehouse locations, everything you can think of is in the product. Just adore the PO status as the SO status. Ordered/Quantity AVailable/Partially available and so on.

Desvantagens:

Still some minor issues."Warranty that belongs with a laptop, is not an inventory product, but also not to forget in the PO!" Can be I just need some education about the many types of products, but for now, I don't know how to handle "a warrenty item"no open API!Although everying to the last details is importable by excel, we would very much like an open API.

Very good software for manufacturing companies that sell hardware products

Comentários: In general we are really happy with our license with ERPAG. Their customer support is very helpful, they are always friendly and can help your with everything no matter what. The software itself is also very powerful, we are not using all the features yet but are currently using more and more.

Vantagens:

- ERPAG has live agents (through the website) that can help very fast with all the questions we have - The link between Quotations, sales orders, invoices, etc is really well done. Very well linked to all the manufacturing project and the current stock - It is a very powerful software when you start using the blocky scripts to personalize everything you need - Clear overview of all the product and services

Desvantagens:

- They don't have an open API yet (ongoing) so that we can link it to other software

Ocean Roads ERP Feasibility Study

Comentários: Manufacturing tracking and productivity, freeing up managers by putting job stages and tasks on a screen for manufacturing staff so they can keep working without seeking constant guidance from a supervisor.
Tracking job time and expense and employee efficiency.

Vantagens:

Simple in its layout and use but remaining very powerful in its ability, I have only used the mobile app briefly but it was a great experience.

Desvantagens:

We manufacture in three separate workshops in separate parts of the country and each location manufactures some of the same products, Because of the location differences each workshop has different suppliers for parts/raw materials, A feature that would be handy would be the option when creating a product based on bill of materials have the ability to create multiple bill of materials based on warehouse and have the option when that product is chosen in a sales order the sales person can select the appropriate warehouse and then the correct purchase orders are created for the correct suppliers.

Erpag Review

Comentários: I am still on the trial, but overall I am impressed by the features Erpag offers for the price.

Vantagens:

I'm impressed by Erpag's suite of features for manufacturing and inventory control. It is a great platform to manage production materials and workorders.

Desvantagens:

I have experienced a handful of crashes and other minor bugs. The type of tasks that can be performed in the app are limited.

A Good Hosted ERP

Comentários: Fairly new to ERPAG but have been using ERP and CRM software over 10 years.

Vantagens:

A good hosted ERP with its own custom software feel.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes the web interface lags, not clear about which features are included at what price / subscription level.

Our New Business Program

Comentários: Love to finally get organized in every aspect of our manufacturing and sales business. The customer service goes above and beyond with answering my questions and guiding me thru.

Vantagens:

I love the ease and simplicity of the program and data entry.

Desvantagens:

Would like to see the edit button go away, If I am in a tab I would like to just be able to type. Please update the events section, I would love to see a widget of the events and auto updating the event when in customer accounts. Then the Program will be perfect!

Finally found it

Vantagens:

Customization galore ! you can setup up almost anything almost any way you want.its stable i have used others that have just been a guessing gameits functional.Tech help is like instant (when open)

Desvantagens:

the pricing is per user maybe my only con.

Great ERP for SMB that's ready to leave Excel behind

Comentários: So far, our experience with ERPAG has been very positive. The software is very stable and works well. Also, the support staff are very knowledgeable and helpfull.

Vantagens:

It's an easy to use system. The learning curve is very quick and support is very responsive. All the core features you need are also there.

Desvantagens:

The documentation, especially the manual, is not that great. It tells you screens and buttons but doesn't really provide context of what you're doing and why. It does appear that they are working on this though.

Best ERP Software!

Comentários: We have been using spread sheets to maintain all of our inventory information and used only immediate orders to be able to plan production, but it was fruitless. We often ran out of parts that have longer lead times and it wasn't efficient to try to run a manufacturing business. It's really changed how we view our processes and flow. We're about to ramp up production and ERPAG could not have entered our lives at a better time.

Vantagens:

I am a buyer with 10 years experience under my belt and worked for a number of years with a software that has an insanely high price tag and had overly complicated ways of displaying ordinary information. ERPAG is not that at all. Coming in as one of the least expensive ERPs that I trialed, I immediately appreciated how snappy it felt to open different tabs and the ability to maintain tabs like a web browser. I have been able to upload 100s of line items with a few drop + drags in what felt like no time at all, I was up and running and compiling bills of material without having to consult a manual every five minutes. It presents the most relevant information per tab right where you need it. No need to hunt around for that open PO - one tiny click shows you everything you need. Everything feels easy, which is the best thing you can ask for when starting an ERP from the ground up.

Desvantagens:

The only thing I wish was that there was an option to not have a sign in time out, but it's not really a big deal.

ERPAG as the fitting solution for many other over the top ERP system

Comentários: Very beneficial, my teams loves to work with it and especially likes the clear dashboard when you start.

Vantagens:

Clear use, most new people can learn the basics within in some hours. Complete for track and tracing of orders, purchasing and materials including serial and batch numbers.

Desvantagens:

Limited connection to other systems and unknown by other systems.

The software has no accounts, but on the postive side you can link to quick books.

AMAZING ERP solution with even better service!

Vantagens:

ERPAG has really made it easy for us to function like a big business with a small business budget! The service alone is priceless. They team is so responsive and ready to help at all times. Once you’ve mastered the application, there’s no turning back! Great ERP solution!

Desvantagens:

The team has been quite responsive in tackling our challenges and they’ve even worked on implementing new features to cater to our needs. At this point, I can’t give anything but praise.

More features for less.

Comentários: Most of the issues we had was collecting the right data and understanding the terminology of ERPAG as it compares to Quickbooks Online. Also, the sitch to QBO and implementation of ERP at the same time has added a degree of difficulty we wouldn't have if we had stayed with Quickbooks Desktop but the switch was needed. Being able to use ERP on android tablets like the ones we already use in production will save us a ton of money that we would have spent on scanners and other gadgets we won't need.

Vantagens:

The number of features included in the software and the pricing tiers are a pleasant surprise in the age of paid add-ons or poorly developed and overpriced software packages available for manufacturing and production control.

Desvantagens:

The learning curve might be a little steep for a single person to est out all that the software has to offer and the documentation could use some detailed examples on how to use some modules and the sequence to follow when entering data manually or via import. But given all the things this software does right it is understandable that it would have a delay in the documentation for some modules.
