Feature stuffed not for the weak of heart

Comentários: I've been using Venntive since its launch, and probably only have touched the surface of this full featured CRM program. It has an incredible amount of flexibility for many niche market users from maintaining a database to sales activity and so much more. However, this is not for the weak of heart as you need to be committed to your CRM program. So many companies are neglectful/maintaining CRM and don't want to make that commitment but Venntive does make this pesky task easier, and in the end more fullfilling . As a digital marketer, I love the optimization tagging abilities so I'm able to search my contacts by tags, by titles, by company's contacts, by niche markets/categories, etc. This makes my strategic outreach more effective, cross marketing my contacts gets maximum results. There are so many more abilities, drip campaigns, etc that are also extremely helpful to marketers. As well as tracking, analytics, campaign stats that give a ton of information for follow-up for further marketing. Again, garbage in, garbage out'to get maximum results "ya gotta put in the time" keying accurate information so you have the abilities to extract it in the many ways Venntive enables you to do will give back 10-fold. In my long history of using Venntive, I've only seen the program grow in features, better interfaces and some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in my 30 years in the Marketing, Advertising & PR industry.

Comentários: I started a membership community in March and I was referred to Ventive by a friend. It has worked so well. I got rid of many separate services like mail chimp and lead pages and consolidated everything into one place. I love how easy it is to send email blasts, set up auto-responders and set the calendar to send reminders for all my events. You can't beat the cost for the value.
Vantagens: Great Value for the cost.
Desvantagens: Sometimes difficult to figure out how to use.

Comentários: Venntive has a feature for most things you do in business, and probably some extra. The tool takes some learning, often where you think a feature will be is located in another part of the tool, so if you come into the problem, it's best to contact customer support. If there isn't someone on support chat live, they'll get back to you within a few days. The development team for the software is active and they're frequently making updates for the tool to better serve its customers. Venntive is probably not the tools for someone who just needs the basic functions. It's a tool that better fits someone who needs a more complex tool and has someone dedicated to working with the CRM.
Vantagens: It has a lot of useful features
Desvantagens: Not intuitive. With so many features often things glitch or don't work properly. Some of the communication features look outdated when you interact with customers.

Comentários: I got turned on to venntive by my website developer. She was knowledgeable and how to use it. But now that I'm on my own, I find it more challenging to use. I had a couple of issues early on with payment. I was charged twice as much as what I thought the fee was supposed to be. I did get that straightened out and was surprised it took a few months. I find the system a bit difficult to navigate. I know it's still being developed.

Comentários: Like all software, Venntive has a learning curve. Unlike all software, Venntive has Lydia to flatten that curve. The best thing I did when looking through software reviews was to call Lydia and describe my objectives. It's time well spent.

Comentários: Venntive is very user-friendly with pre-made templates and code bits but also accepts HTML code done elsewhere. Anytime we have ever had an issue the support staff has been there the same day we've requested help and while waiting for the FAQ section covered the basics.

Comentários: Ventive is a great crm system that incorporates email and keeping track of your contacts for a reasonable price. My only issue is that there are times when things don't work well and although service is good it is frustrating

Comentários: My web designer signed me up for the service and she is the one who puts together the newsletter. Only, I wish I could do it. I'm not technically intuitive. I'd love a one on one training. Maybe then I would be happier.
