Quick and straightforward to create an event. Can be in multiple languages. Has an online chat feature. We also signed up for tutorials to learn about various features. We had good feedback from users who found the website engaging and easy to navigate. Compared to other multilingual websites B2match is good value. Teething issues where quickly resolved. > > **Desvantagens**: Visual tutorials with short videos would be a great addition and easier than reading instructions. The delegate registration page format would benefit from features like being able to highlight, use colours, different fonts and be able to have separate pages rather than all questions on a single page. The process to create and send an invitation to register to a delegate could benefit from being shorter with less steps. > > It was my first time using B2match.
