Vantagens:

A opção de configurar o Depósito Direto foi muito fácil de usar, tudo o que precisei fazer foi inserir minhas informações bancárias e autorizar o acesso à minha conta. Agora, quando recebo pagamentos dos meus clientes, eles são depositados automaticamente na minha conta bancária associada. Essa funcionalidade me dá mais praticidade e agilidade na administração financeira do meu negócio, além de permitir que eu acompanhe minhas transações de forma organizada através do registro.

Desvantagens:

Embora seja bastante intuitivo e fácil de usar em geral, a interface pode parecer um pouco desorganizada e confusa em certas áreas. Por exemplo, pode ser difícil encontrar certas opções ou recursos, ou as informações podem estar dispostas de uma maneira que não seja muito clara ou fácil de entender.

It is easy to use and you can't do anything wrong. I am using this program for 4-5 years and never had any technical issues. Reporting is straightforward and I can see my financial situation at any time.

Comentários: We are maintaining all of our accounts record in Quickbooks online , From staff ledgers , Accounts receivables, accounts Payable.It is pretty good software overall for small medium enterprises.

Vantagens:

The interface is user friendly, web based can be accessed from anywhere , there are few apps can be integrated (it has its own pros and cons however it was time saving invoicing part but if you make some changes it would not communicate properly

Desvantagens:

Multicurrency options while receiving payment it is very difficult if base currency of client is different from the currency payment has been received it would not accept it we have to use Journal entry and control Account to record the receipt after recording this the currency rates is being taken from invoice and not from receipt.

We are a motel. We took a payment by using the quickbooks card processing option. The customer without cause decided to request a chargeback from the bank, presumably indicating that they didnt recognize the charge on their account. Quickbooks paid out and fined us $25 for costs. We received an email with suggestions for reducing the chances of this occurring - This was useless. The customer signed a registration document. We verified her ID and we have her on video in the reception. Yet she still got a full refund and we get dinged with fees for the courtesy of her staying here for free. Your system supports criminals.

Most of the integration features don't work well. QBO as an independent accounting product works very well, and the bank feed connection works fairly well. Every other integration (like Quickbooks Time) is buggy and fails occasionally causing extra work to fix duplicates and add missing entries.
