Comentários: Utilizo diariamente com as tarefas pessoais e da empresa, utilizo principalemnte o Kamban, acho incrivel

Vantagens:

O software é bem intuitivo, não tive dificuldades de utilizar pois já era usuário do Trello, achei mais dinamico e com o visual mais agradável do que o do concorrente.

Desvantagens:

Acho que poderia ser um pouco mais barato para o mercado Brasileiro, cobrando em Reais ao invés de cobrar em Dolar.

Uso da ferramenta MeisterTask Free

Comentários: No geral, eu adoro esse software, tem várias funcionalidades mesmo para quem usa a versão free, ajuda a organizar minha rotina de processos e projetos, deixando de forma clara o status dos meus projetos e atividades.

Vantagens:

É um software descomplicado que oferece bastante opções na versão free, ou seja, se você não demanda inúmeros recursos e quer apenas controlar pequenos projetos, é o software perfeito para isso. Tem uma interface prática e intuitiva, podendo classificar via tags e afunilar as atividades, criando várias lanes de progressão.

Desvantagens:

Na versão free, só é possível abrir 3 projeto simultâneos, o que dificulta para quem tem mais projetos e não pode comprar o plano premium, o que eu acho ruim, pois não há planos intermediários, só há uma opção de compra e é relativamente cara, pois é taxado em dólar.

Programa muito útil no uso diário

Vantagens:

Eu gosto desse software por ele ser muito dinâmico, fácil de usar. Consigo me planejar com todas os afazeres da empresa e da minha vida pessoal. Mesmo a versão gratuita tem inúmeras funcionalidades.

Desvantagens:

Acredito que seria interessante a integração dele com o Google Agenda.

A praticidade de aprender a mexer e manipular as informações dentro do software.

Não gosto de sistema de anuncio de mudanças dentro do projeto pelos usuários, deveria ser mais informativo.

Comentários: MeisterTask is an excellent method of task management and general organization. It's a terrific tool for teamwork because it's simple to learn and implement. The only drawback is that the free plan doesn't offer many many features, and the mobile app isn't very advanced either.

Vantagens:

In conclusion, the finest project management tool

Comentários: It's the finest app for managing tasks I've used so far. It's a professional-grade kanban app that doesn't skimp on ease of use. I keep track of time and tasks for both my personal life and my business life using this app.

Vantagens:

MeisterTask is an Andriod app that I use for both personal and professional purposes. I've been using it on a personal level to keep track of my own tasks and reminders. In my current project, we are utilizing it to assign work at the team level, make notes, and schedule reminders for when certain activities need to be finished. These are just a few examples of how we put it to use on a regular basis; other applications include project management, time tracking, and a host of others.

Desvantagens:

Features for individual users of the free version can be expanded. Perhaps it's an Android device flaw, but notifications don't always appear when they should.

MeisterTask is able to help me plan out projects on a day to day basis.

Desvantagens:

The app can be really buggy and not useful so I just use the desktop version.

While MeisterTask is great for managing tasks, I do wish that the dashboard had more customization options. It's also lacking in some analytics and reporting capabilities.

Very simple way to assign new activities to employees.

Comentários: MeisterTask has been the appropriate platform to generate new activities and assign new tasks for the various sectors of our company; Thanks to this platform I have been able to assign more than 10 activities for our sales sector as well as for other sectors of our real estate company. MeisterTask managed to have a system where we can see the progress of each activity, we can modify the number of members for each activity, employees can exchange activities and also communicate from MeisterTask. This platform has been perfect, I loved this platform because it helped me create new activities and assign them online.

Vantagens:

The easy way in which we have been able to manage all the activities thanks to MeisterTask has left us truly impressed. I liked MeisterTask because it allowed me to know the status of all the activities in real-time, it provided me with a board view and a column type view, and it both views I felt comfortable, I was able to view the tasks in progress, shceduled tasks and the completed tasks, thanks to the main panel, I was able to know the status of each activity in real-time. In addition, MeisterTask allowed me to use a collaborative service, where employees could meet, communicate, share worko material and complete a task as a team. In addition, MeisterTask allowed us to sed time limits for each task, send us alerts when a task had not been completed, assign tasks for specific dates and much more, it is a very complete platform.

Desvantagens:

The problem that I found in MeisterTask is that there is no function that allows making backup copies for all the information that is handled in this platform, this means that if an employee has deleted an activity note by mistake, we will not be able to recover it, in addition, if due to a system error, what the employees have spoken when working as a team is deleted, this information cannot be recovered. The general MeisterTask system works very well, but they need to implement a function to retrieve or save relevant information.

MeisterTask for prublic sector

Vantagens:

When setting up project management tools for your Team it is necessary, that tasks can quickly be set up, changed on the fly and you need a good overview of your project. MeisterTask does all that pretty well!

Desvantagens:

I like the simplicity of the software. Two things would be nice to add: 1. better processing of tasks that are done 2. better visualisation options for projekt process

A Great Tool for Tasking & Collaboration

Comentários: Absolutely loving Meister Task, looking to bring my entire 20 person team on to it!

Vantagens:

We recently started using the Business package of Meister Task and have been blown away by the UI the clear and simple dashboards and the amazing functionality! Injust a few weeks we've been able to completely reaster the way the company approaches project management across both large and small clients across multiple territories. This tool is more than useful, it has the ability to quickly become a core player in your day to day live!

Desvantagens:

Its quite pricey in comparison to others on the market. And the zapier integration limiting you to just 1 custom field definitely needs addressing but i'm sure their devs are working on that.

Good tool

Vantagens:

MeisterTask has all the functionality our team needs and there is very little functionality missing from the platform's tools. It's aesthetically beautiful and the color is extra

Desvantagens:

Too much advertising often gets in the way and is annoying at times

Easy to use Kanban Tool

Vantagens:

Login, setup very easy and undertandable.

Desvantagens:

I can not found any cons. I am using free to try version.

Enables a great overview & isn't too complicated

Vantagens:

It looks really nice and allows us to have a much better overview over the multitude of tasks we need to keep track of. Also, my non-tech-colleagues can use it easily as well. We use the "kanban board" in a slightly different way - using columns for different task groups like "quality management" or "orders" and subdivide it into the tasks that need to be finished. Being able to see how much of a task is done and who is currently working on it is also very nice.

Desvantagens:

We purchased an upgrade, but when we weren't on time for the payment it was confusing to get back to the basic version. Because that was so intransparent we're currently using the basic version although we've payed for the upgrade. Also, that bar you use to scroll - especially at the bottom of the screen to side-scroll is tiny - we often use Meistertask on a 13" screen, so if you could enlarge that, it would be great. Assigning multiple people to one task would also be a nice improvement. And do you have more colors?

I LOVE this software

Comentários: I don't often say I love a software, but I love MeisterTask. As I passed over some important tasks to another person, I found she was not as organized as I was, and it was costing us a lot of lost revenue as she failed to follow up on time-sensitive claim rejections and other issues. Furthermore, due to the way our main systems work, I had a hard time keeping my own eyes on the issues before it was too late. By implementing MeisterTask, we both have insight into the issues that have come back from insurances, I'm able to better hold her accountable, and tasks are getting done. I love the Kanban board, having the ability to personalize it, write notes, have overarching tasks with subtasks, and more.

Vantagens:

Visualization, due dates, reminders. It's user-friendly, and has a modern interface. The ability to customize various aspects was great. I like the dashboard that tells you what's due today, this week, or later. As a manager, I liked being able to set up multiple projects in one place.

Desvantagens:

I wish the product had a "due date" and "follow up dates", so it was more obvious what was being worked. It took me a few to realize I could edit a comment, which was really helpful. I wish it required a due date with an option or checkbox for no due date, as opposed to defaulting to no due date. --All minor things.

Maximizes Your Time, Minimizes the Learning Curve

Comentários: Overall, the experience is wonderful. It relives stress rather than adding the stress of learning a new tool. I highly recommend it.

Vantagens:

Unlike other project management platforms, Meistertask is not only affordable, but it allows you to do more with their basic features which only amplify with one of the paid versions. Meistertask is not only a great tool to help speed up workflow, it is also highly intuitive. Even if you haven't used the platform before, you most likely will be up and running within 30 minutes. It's drag and drop interface is incredibly fast, east, and straight forward making it ideal for beginner and advanced users.

Desvantagens:

The only issue that I have with the software is the lack of list view for the project workflow. I also would like to see calendar view of the current projects and not just in reporting view.

Fresh and nice Look - just up to date

Comentários: Quite simply, it is now possible to get a comprehensive overview of ongoing projects, all of which is still very clear and up-to-date. It's also great that there is an app that works really great.

Vantagens:

We use the software internally to organize several departments and track their progress. At the beginning the employees were a bit overwhelmed, but they got used to it really quickly. Meanwhile, everyone is convinced of MeisterTask and cannot imagine working without it.

Desvantagens:

Meanwhile I have to admit that we lack nothing. In addition, the software is constantly being expanded and there are always new features.

Good task management if you do not have seasonal employees

Comentários: It is a good task management software. Don't go annually if you are not sure.

Vantagens:

easy to use, very intuitive, not very expensive, good task management

Desvantagens:

no refunds you if sign up for the year and for whatever reason you do want to use the software anymore, you will not receive your refund back. You need to refresh the browser constantly to update the information.

Comentários: for a while i did use it daily for freelance projects and private life planning. also used it for some scrum-like sprints, more the execute part of it than the planning and strategy

Great for To-Dos and Project Management

Comentários: MeisterTask is really helping me keep track of the many things I have going on and keeping them organized by project, with deadlines and action items. It's a free tool that gives me all I need in a task management system when other brands and systems have fallen flat.

Vantagens:

I started using MeisterTask about a year ago to keep track of all my projects internally. To be honest, even though it's marketed as a teams system, I love using it for just myself. It's the only to-do list type system I've found that helps me keep track of where things are and keep them organized. I like how you can manually move tasks from start, to in progress, to finish. You can clearly indicate action items and next steps, unlike a lot of the to-do list apps I've found. I also love that I can use it seamlessly from my computer to my phone.

Desvantagens:

Honestly, it's kind of all I need in a to-do/project management software. I've definitely found some quirks and some things in the system I need to get used to. But, overall it has all the features that one would use for task management and the collaboration process looks like it could be easy as well.

It's all you need and it just works

Comentários: At EURONICS Trendblog we were looking for a simple Kanban-based project management tool and MeisterTask was just what we were looking for.

Vantagens:

Desvantagens:

Since I cannot post this form without entering something: Maybe I don't need a lot of the extra features. But since MeisterTask doesn't force you to (thank you!), there is nothing much to complain here.

Get Stuff Done!

Comentários: I was really bad at managing my own time and tasks. I'm a small business owner AND a subcontractor not only for several companies directly, but also am available for hire as an IT consultant, so I have TONS of ways that tasks can come at me, and from many different people. I needed a way to organize this all, in one place, plus makes notes and attach files to tasks, and make things "more" than just a list. I played with several different platforms out there, but MeisterTask's layout, multiple application platforms and abilities spoke to me the loudest. At this point I am on-point AND on-task, and no longer forget to do things. In-fact, I often get compliments on how attentive I am to client needs! This is all thanks to MeisterTask.

Vantagens:

It's free, obviously that has to be the first HUGE pro. Sure, the free version has limits, and paid versions expand that, but for MOST people the free version works flawlessly. Another huge pro for me is that they have APPS for every system, not just mobile devices, or widgets for web browsers, but they have an actual program for Windows and for Mac too. So rather than tie up another browser window, I can have an actual program that I can have open and tracking my activities. I love the team collaboration features, which comes in REALLY handy for me connecting employers as a subcontractor. Another HUGE plus for me is integration with other apps, like GMail for one, allowing me to create tasks from emails and more.

Desvantagens:

There is a fairly large gap in pricing and abilities between their different versions and plateaus, which is annoying to me. I also find the fact that they limit checklists in tasks as part of their free/paid features pretty petty.

Great tool for implementing GTD

Comentários: Overall the functionality that this tool offers even at the basic level is really amazing. I highly recommend it for personal work-flow management as well as for tracking shared projects. It's not ideal for highly complex and broad projects where you need to organize based on timeline and be able to quickly scroll through hundreds of tasks—If that is your need, I'd look for a more robust PM software. But personally, at this point I'm thinking it's almost the perfect tool for implementing the Getting Things Done methodology and managing personal and work life flow.

Vantagens:

My favorite function is the quick-entry, task checklist on the mobile app. I use this as my digital "in-tray" to capture any and all thoughts, ideas, recommendations that come across my mind or radar. I love that you can then convert those straight to existing projects. The flexibility is great, and the layers of function are wonderful, ie the checklists within project tasks, and the ability to attach docs out of your google drive to hold project support material right there within the task.

Desvantagens:

The integrations are somewhat lacking and glitchy—so far requiring the use of Zapier—with a confusing setup process (even for someone who is somewhat familiar with Zapier). I wish there was a way to more easily set reminders as opposed to just task due dates. The most annoying thing is probably that when you do convert tasks in the checklist to project tasks, they will not uncommonly end up in a completely different project. This is problematic. It's an odd glitch, but I hope that it is something the development team can remedy and seems likely so.

The best out there

Comentários: My overall experience has been great. You guys have been beautiful. I have used you and been with you guys for a very long time. It feels just like yesterday. The least that I can do is take a little moment out of my time to give you guys a good word and a good reviews. If you are looking for a mind-dump ... that is what the heart of Kanban tools are for. Meister-Task is for you. It goes into the intermediate level of task dependencies. If you are looking for the next level of a network relationship diagram ... just hang on a moment. There is MindMeister ... but last time I checked, you have to work from MindMeister into MeisterTask - but I dont think they can inter-relate and synchronise with themselves. I don't know, things may have changed from my time. But this app is beautiful, sleek and amazing. Please support them and take good advantage of their services. They're amazing. And one last thing, they integrate in many places so beautifully such as Microsoft Teams. I'm blessed

- I have not seen an ability to video the network map of task dependencies - I have not seen an ability to calculate critical path analysis - I have not seen the ability to do financial project management, so that I know the cost of how much a project would be costing me. This might be outside the scope MeisterTask and under a new umbrella of "Accounting" (eg Xero or Quickbooks) but Microsoft Project Online does this and to me, this is why MeisterTask will always to in 2nd place to Microsoft Project Online
