> **Vantagens**: The dispatch screen, seeing where your techs are at all times is the best. Makes it easier to see who is getting fixed and at what tie.

> **Desvantagens**: The drop down menus. I dislike that if the cursor is placed to close to the top of the page the drop down menus automatically appear. I can't tell you how frustrating that is when you're in a hurry.
