Comentários: Tenho uma boa experiencia com o mailerlite mas acredito que a versão gratuita deveria consertar os bugs que ocorrem na criação do layout da landing page. Muitas vezes as fontes entraram de forma e configuração erradas. Foi bem desafiador encaixar exatamente as artes feitas pelo design nos blocos . Tudo era muito simples e com poucas opções de recurso. Mas fiz de forma simples, demorou mas deu certo. A landing page deveria ajustar ao modo acesso pelo smarthphone de forma automática mas temos que ir na tentativa e erro muitas vezes até acertar na configuração que também fica boa para o celular

Vantagens:

Gosto da opção de estar no idioma português e por algumas ferramentas serem intuitivas. Facilmente se conecta com as informações dos sites de hospedagem. Gostei muito do atendimento da funcionaria do suporte chamada [conteúdo sensível escondido] que me atendeu pelo chat ao vivo, no dia [conteúdo sensível escondido] . Resolveu o meu problema com a configuração do DNS com sucesso.

Desvantagens:

Do suporte por e-mail para contas gratuitas. Nunca eu conseguiria configurar a minha landing page pelo suporte por e-mail. Ele não funciona e atrasa todo o processo. Deveria ser parte do plano gratuito o suporte ao vivo, nem que tivesse um limite por mês. Afinal não é sempre que precisamos do suporte. Eu demorei um ano para necessitar do suporte mas quando tentei ajuda pelo suporte por e-mail, foi muito ruim a experiência. Fiquei dias sem conseguir resolver, pois tinha que aguardar a resposta por e-mail da outra parte e fiquei dias sem resolver o problema da landing page.

Vantagens:

O MailerLite é muito efetivo e intuitivo, além de ter um preço bem interessante! Possui tudo que preciso, então eu sempre recomendo o uso!

Desvantagens:

Inicialmente, tive dificuldade, mas em pouco tempo achei fácil de usar. Hoje acho bem intuitivo!

Comentários: Sempre utilizo como ferramenta para lançamentos novos .

Vantagens:

A entregabilidade das mensagens é rápida e confiável. Além disso, os formulário de integração para outros sites são responsivos de forma rápida além de fácil implantação.Outro ponto positivo é a automação possibilidar acrescentar etapas que estarão disponíveis para todos que já estavam na automação, sem precisar adicionar outros gatilhos de início.

Desvantagens:

O valor é relativamente auto pelo que oferecem. Apesar de ser muito bom, ainda é uma ferramenta que é limitada na oferta de ferramentas. Existem outras ferramentas que são mais baratas e oferecem mais ferramentas.

As limitações de contatos e planos pagos realmente impedem que tomemos o serviço como solução definitiva.

Poucas funcionalidades mais poderosas, como funis e sincronização.

Good Email Management System

Comentários: My experience with Mailerlite is very good. Although as I’ve said it’s a little clunky to get around it has served it’s purpose for my business.

Vantagens:

I like the versatile features. It has capabilities to do landing pages and that is an invaluable feature for my business.

Desvantagens:

It was somewhat hard to navigate and less user friendly than other email management systems.

Always There to Help || Always Providing Value

Comentários: I've been using them for 1.5 years. I used other services before (Mailchimp, Hubspot), and I find MailerLite a big improvement in ease-of-use and support.

Vantagens:

- Everyone at the company is trying to help me succeed, from tech support to marketing - They never try to up-sell you to levels you do not need and are always willing to give you the best price point - The systems are easy to use and they provide lots of help if you get stuck. - Features, features, features! Drag & drop, easy to edit, easy to create. - Free websites and landing pages that you can EASILY create from scratch or from templates - BEST OF ALL - they have amazing support from people who are cheerful, quick to answer, and clear in their descriptions.

Desvantagens:

Every now and then I wish some templates had more "edit" options in the templates. But this situation is rare.

worst experince

Comentários: Complete disappointment. I feel like their support or development team has no understanding of email processes. We've been using their Pro plan for over four months and even built a third-party automated email system for new customers. Everything was fine until three days ago, when they suddenly closed our account without any warning due to their spam policy! We reached out to them regarding this issue but have yet to receive a response. We provided all the necessary proof showing that we add subscribers' emails through a 100% legal process (where customers voluntarily submit their email addresses). Despite this, they still claim it’s spam. We've sent them all the evidence, but they don’t even seem interested in providing an explanation. They simply keep insisting it's spam. It feels like a joke! We invested a significant budget to create this email system, including custom template design, third-party integration, and even using an email address checker before adding emails to MailerLite. Yet, without any valid reason, they believe they have the right to close your account! If you want to lose all your hard work and end up with nothing, go ahead and work with them."**

Great Communication Tool

Comentários: Overall experience has been very positive. Especially the Customer Service folks and the multitude of help videos.

Vantagens:

First of all, Customer Service is outstanding. It is easy to get to an agent if the help links the "BOT" gives you aren't enough. Second, the Campaign builder is easy to use. It did take me a little to feel completely comfortable, but it is definitely user friendly and provides a number of block that you can include in your campaign. You can always figure out a way to make it look like you want. In addition, you can edit the actual HTML if needed.

Desvantagens:

I don't particularily like that you have to use the blocks to add images and other visual content to your campaign. I was used to your "monkey" competitor where you could add an image to your text box, but I figured that I can just continue the text block by appending an image block or a combined block.

Easy-to-use email campaign design platform for the rest of us

Comentários: I have tried many different email campaign clients. MailerLite does what others don't. They designed a platform that speaks to non-corporate clients who work in creative industries. We value ease-of-use, clean, modern design choices without sacrificing professional look or functionality. Whenever I work on a campaign, I am done faster than before with great-looking results.

Vantagens:

Designing email campaigns can be challenging. MailerLite offers easy-to-use tools that don't overwhelm but give you a set of great-looking, professional tools that even a novice can handle.

Desvantagens:

While this is not a deal-breaker, handling and creating groups of subscribers could be a little more streamlined. However, their customer service helped me out with a few easy-to-follow steps.

Great tool. Excellent price-performance ratio

Comentários: Started using it in 2020 and was happy. Switched to a more expensive and well known provider in 2022 till 2023 because people said that's the tool to use. Didn't like it that much and went back to Mailerlite in 2024 and love all the feature and possibilities, they have added since. I recommend it to all my business friends and clients. Mailerlite is all you need to start your online business, because you can even build a website and sell digital products. So it's more than a newsletter tool. Love it.

Vantagens:

Easy to use. Many features and integrations available. Price/performance is excellent.

Desvantagens:

Would love the system language in more different ones.

Best Features for my Budget

Vantagens:

I love the functionality of Mailerlite and the ease of use. My favorite is the automation integration—it totally saves me time—and I appreciate that the pricing fits my budget!

I wish it integrated with Leadpages without having to use Zapier.

Great for Scaling and Segmentation, But Could Use Better Email Templates

Comentários: I switched to MailerLite after using FloDesk, which I loved but didn't have a robust enough system for my needs. MailerLite has allowed me to set up multiple lists that market to different types of people, and has helped me scale my business.

Vantagens:

MailerLite is pretty easy to understand, set up, and use. It was important to me that I was able to segment my lists and have great insights and MailerLite checks those boxes.

Desvantagens:

The thing I like the least is that the templates for emails aren't very stylized or pretty. They get the job done but I really wish there were better templates.

Excellent beginner platform for email marketing if you're just starting out

Comentários: Overall my experience with Mailerlite has been great, it'd helped me grow my business, learn more about email marketing, and i've used almost all of their tools in some aspect or another to help my subscriber base grow and my sales along with it.

Vantagens:

I have been using Mailerlite for about 4 years in my business. It's been a phenomenal platform for me to learn about email marketing on. It's quite user-friendly and easy to learn. It offers great features that can serve as double duty for your business such as landing pages that convert leads. I love their automations and use numerous automations in my business. They have been a game changer for my business and allowed me to give a more personal touch to my subscribers as I have multiple welcome email sequences that can slowly introduce my brand and myself and also lead to a soft sale.

Desvantagens:

I do find Mailerlite can be a little glitchy sometimes, especially in their drag and drop email builder, I wish the developers would make it more streamlined. For example the side menu seems to disappear and to add an additional block to my email, I need to duplicate a block and delete the duplicate in order to bring up the menu. They also recently did a major conversion/upgrade from mailerlite classic to their new version and I thought they could've made the transition more seamless and less on their customers to do, as we had to migrate all of our own data. However if you're new to mailerlite that wouldn't pose a problem to you.

The Best EMS For Your Business!

Comentários: Overall, I am very happy with Mailerlite and have been recommending them to friends and colleagues for over four years now. I will remain on Classic until they discontinue it.

Vantagens:

Mailerlite is the best when it comes to deliverability, features, and price point. Mailerlite's automations are complex and really help you warm up your leads for a better relationship without having to personally email every single lead individually. I also like that I can tag where a lead onboarded from so I can track how well that source fits into my marketing process. I've enjoyed great deliverability since my move to Mailerlite with more subscribers getting all my import updates and more sales as a result. Mailerlite also has a robust customer service department that is always quick to help when any issues do arise.

Desvantagens:

I'm not a fan of the new Mailerlite. I am staying on Classic because the huge price increase and the clunkiness of the new interface. It's not something I look forward to having to learn and especially not at double to price. I wish Mailerlite would honor a discount for Classic users to be grandfathered in at a better rate.

Great for starting out

Comentários: I did like mailerlite but once it came time to upgrade when I reached 1,000 subscribers, I felt that others offered more for my money, even if they were slightly more expensive.

Vantagens:

I loved that up to 1,000 subscribers, it was free to use with pretty much all of the features. It's easy to create opt in forms, subscriber lists and segments etc.

Desvantagens:

If you're on the free version, there's no customer support. There's not even a way to contact support without upgrading, you get sent to the knowledge base. It was a big problem for me as there was no answer to my issue on the knowledge base.

Mailerlite a Good Starter Email Service

Comentários: It was very good. We use it a couple of times a week.

Vantagens:

This is a great starter service to start e-mail marketing. One of the things we really liked is the free plan is a great starting point then you can grow from there.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes there new drag and drop interface can be a little sluggish.

Comentários: Not too bad an experience. It is very functional and even though its missing some exciting design features it is a lower cost option at basic level if you've lower subs.

Vantagens:

Ease of use. Fantastic integration with many other platforms and website builders means that little problems with adding codes etc.

Desvantagens:

Not as many design options which is needed if you're working in the creative industries- emails have to look good ! and Mailerlite is a little boring.

Great option for self employed business owners
