More Difficult Over Time

Comentários: After working with them for years, it became increasingly more difficult to work with them. The lack of response and communication was extremely frustrating. It started great. We moved to them because of their ideas, input, and response. As time went on, they became more difficult to work with. Emails didn't get responses. They delays became incredibly tiring. We were about to create six more campaigns clones, and their delays and excuses became too difficult. We tried to address the president of the company, but he didn't respond either. As a result, we took our business elsewhere. It is too bad since the end product was usually very good.
Vantagens: The end product was generally very good. All of our campaigns required multi-page, custom sites and they were able to deliver after a lot of delays.
Desvantagens: The service and sales support was terrible. We worked with them for 3 years and it became increasingly more difficult over time. Whenever they upgraded their system, we had to wait to get anything done; sometimes for over 6 weeks. When they did complete one of our sites, they did not do any QC and we had to restate many of our instructions. The sales communication, after we became a customer, was awful. It was as if no one actually read our emails or kept track of correspondence. They would update something and it would wipe out all of our settings and we wouldn't know until we realized that we weren't receiving any notifications. We paid for a custom API and then found out that they didn't do it, but made it look like it had. After written requests to delete purls and campaigns we were regularly billed for them, all because the sales person never acted on our emails, and we were never credited for the correct amount.
Fulfilled need to cost effectively and very quickly get a customized snail/email campaign launched.

Comentários: We're heavily dependent on prospecting leads from new and existing customers, so it's important that we delivery contextually relevant marketing information. Since we cross-target mediums we need a simple and effective way to blend our postal and digital marketing campaign data and results, so Boingnet delivers on these needs in very cost effective manner (cost in both license and execution/operational overhead).
Vantagens: The easy personalized marketing feel, along with the personalized URLs, and we were able to easily integrate with our existing campaign source list - both content and results! The support was fantastic with very quick responses to questions (phone and email).
Desvantagens: A few quirks on the UI but given the functionality it's not really an issues as the most important features were completely intuitive.

Comentários: The ability to create and launch campaigns quickly - within only an hour or two -- and the real-time campaign insights and lead alerts are invaluable.
Vantagens: Boingnet is so easy to use. Creating campaigns, emails, landing pages/purl sites, and even A/B tests couldn't be easier. If you've ever used one of the more popular MAPs out there before, you'll be blown away how convoluted they are compared to Boingnet; you'll even be able to figure it out without help (even thought their customer support is great).
Desvantagens: I would like to build more extensive, automated nurture campaigns than are currently available - but I know they are working on making this available soon.
Used Boingnet platform to increase effectiveness of direct mail effort for a product launch campaign

Comentários: It truly helped to link our direct mail to our digital efforts and created a consistent user experience across all channels.
Vantagens: Able to easily load target audience and develop a targeted email campaign. The landing page was great and utilizing the pURL made the user experience that stronger. We exceeded expectations by over 23%. Campaign was a success.
Desvantagens: The campaign planning was not as graphical as some other tools but the functionality far out weighed the visualization of a campaign with affordable results.

Comentários: I was new to marketing automation software and chose Boingnet because it seemed to be easy to use and affordable. I was correct. In addition, the customer service was outstanding which was very important to me as a new user of the software. Don't let the term lightweight fool you, this platform is a complete cross-channel marketing program that you can run campaigns that generate leads and sales.
Vantagens: Ease of use, speed and affordability
Desvantagens: Had an issue with the DNS during set up but it got worked out.

Vantagens: The pricing model and unique Audience feature drives the record data to any existing landing or website .
Desvantagens: Would like to see an Intelligent Mail Barcode integration with the USPS to trigger additional content based on prospect interaction.
