What I like most are the email automations that you can customize for who to send to, when, and how to send. Another interesting feature is the creation of a "website" with customized widgets about products/services, with direct integration with the Bookinglayer calendar if it is a service that requires reservations, and direct integration with various types of payment services.

> **Desvantagens**: Perhaps the fact that it does not allow you to send instructions directly to the payment gateway to make a refund without having to access the Stripe platform.

> My overall experience with Bookinglayer has been positive, as it serves us very well in many areas of our operation.

There are often updates (visual updates most of the time) that gives us extra work as we just got used to the settings.
