Paycom Review

Vantagens:

I like the quick responses from the Account Manager and Dedicated Specialist most.

Desvantagens:

A lot of custom reports for data need to be purchased separately from what is included in the costs.

Good basic software for clocking in and out

Vantagens:

Mobile app and downloadable IRS tax forms

Desvantagens:

Interface not user friendly and difficult

A basic easy to use solution

Comentários: My experience was fine. It wasn't great, it also wasn't bad. It functioned fine for me as a user and I didn't experience any outages or issues often.

Vantagens:

Paycom was fine for my basic needs for time and attendance. It was easy to use and understand.

Desvantagens:

Integrating other systems into Paycom wasn't easy and proved to be difficult for employees to use. We like to be able to incorporate as much HR functionality into one system for ease of use and simplicity, but we encountered a lot of road blocks with Paycom. From my standpoint it was okay to use, but our company quickly transitioned away from Paycom due to the complexity on the backend.

Comentários: It has really improved since 2023. We are grateful that they are now helping us manager our 1099 vendors.

Vantagens:

After 2023, they have improved Customer Service and the system interface is very intuitive.

Desvantagens:

Nothing at this time. They have improved their customer service since 2023 and that really has made it easy to work with them.

Great Experience

Comentários: Its been great very easy to learn, when we have issues its been easy to reach someone for a resolution.

Vantagens:

Very User Friendly but holds alot of information

I have no complaints, its a great software.

Paycom - Best system yet!

Comentários: This software implementation has been better than expected, felt very supported throughout the process and the program is easy to use and navigate. I like how we can hand back a lot of control and accountability to the employees and managers.

Vantagens:

The support is unequalled, all through implementation and first several payrolls, they were usually very quick to respond to emails and answer questions.

Desvantagens:

Canadian taxes and statutory deductions are a work in progress and we have had a couple hiccups.

Easy and user friendly

Comentários: Overall it’s easy to use, legitimate, and clear to understand.

Vantagens:

User friendly, even for someone who isn’t tech savvy. Tabs/descriptions make sense and are clear. I like the option to approve a paycheck.

Desvantagens:

Tax document location wasn’t self explanatory. Every other feature is self explanatory though.

Comentários: Overall I had a positive experience while using Paycom.

Vantagens:

What I like best about Paycom is the ease of use for the comsumer.

Desvantagens:

What I like least about Paycom was locating necessary tax documentation.

Comentários: I enjoy Paycom because all of my stuff is in one place. I can do everything from the app.

I LOVE Paycom

Comentários: I LOVE Paycom. I've been with Paycom since 2016 and have converted two different companies/employers. I always tell people that no software is perfect, but Paycom is as close as it gets for me. It's a great, all-inclusive platform that is easy to use and highly customizable!

Vantagens:

It's an all-in-one system that is user friendly!

Desvantagens:

Some customer experience has been lost as the company has grown. It makes absolutely makes sense from a streamlining, efficiency and liability standpoint, but the personal touch/assistance also decreases with these changes.

Paycom meets all of our expectations!

Vantagens:

I love that we have a dedicated specialist, how our implementors are very forthcoming and open about Paycom, the navigation, and usability of Paycom.

Desvantagens:

If there was a better way to complete expenses for supervisors, as this is apart of my role, that would be better. Something that allows us to edit, review, and submit expense reports on the behalf of others more smoothly and easily - without extra steps that may be unnecessary or unavailable.

Good software but still needs improved.

Comentários: I would still choose Paycom over the competitors, but do wish that customer support was stronger.

Vantagens:

Implementation was done so well, our Paycom team took the time to understand our every need.

Desvantagens:

After implementation the customer support was lacking. Our client support specialist was not responsive, and we were given a new specialist almost every month.

Train to be the best HR in Paycom, you'll be glad you did!

Comentários: Once I got through the learning/training process, it has been a pleasure to work in Paycom.

Vantagens:

Paycom has significantly reduced the amount of time previously required to efficiently process payroll.

Desvantagens:

Possibly the time it took me to get confidence that I was using all the options and reports available to me in Paycom.

Amazing HR Software

Comentários: Fantastic! I love being able to review my timecard for each shift. I can see how much PTO I have, do assigned trainings for my company and even see my tax info/W2s super easily without having to wait for the mail to come

Vantagens:

Super easy to navigate. I love being able to manage my timecard, HR info and trainings all in once place.

Desvantagens:

Nothing. I love how much there is that can be done with Paycom.

Paycom is the better alternative

Comentários: Overall I have really enjoyed the ease of use and streamlined experience.

Vantagens:

Paycom has all the same benefits that the big names like ADP have for a better price.

Desvantagens:

PTO accruals and usage is somewhat confusing.

for my company access was only allowed for certain areas within the app.

Adding new locations

Comentários: Very satisfied with how things went and professional.

Vantagens:

The team work to get our two new location in the system and up and running so smoothly.

Desvantagens:

Nothing major, we always run into bumps along the way

Not just a payroll system

Comentários: Overall, paycom offers everything we need to make payroll easy for our employees. From onboarding to payroll and everything in between paycom checks the boxes.

Vantagens:

Paycom is really easy to use for both me as a manager and for my employees. I like that there is an in depth desk top version and a quick on the go app version.

Desvantagens:

I wish the cost for additional integrations was more budget friendly.

Paycom - Pros and Cons

Comentários: i would rate paycome with an 9. it's a near perfect tool with the exception of how long the approval hierarchy works, If i was the developer i would put in status bar on top of the list approvers so that i know what's the hold up, who is hodling up my ticket for approval

Vantagens:

Everything is available in paycom from scheduling to adjustments to personnel action form to continuous learning

Desvantagens:

the approval stages are very cumbersome, it shows me the name of the approvers but does not show you any real "progress" as to why the ticket is stuck to a specific approver.

Payroll review

Comentários: Overall, I have had a pleasant and good experience

Vantagens:

The ease of the reporting and the use of Paycom for Payroll.

Desvantagens:

I wish we got the State tax reports and I wish we could configure the PTO better. Also, I wish it was a better way to pay OT to salary employees when the law went into effect in July.

Paycom is an excellent payroll application!

Comentários: Very positive. I think Paycom offers a excellent and superior payroll application.

Vantagens:

My dedicated specialist and the excellent customer service. The database is very user friendly and easy to use.

Desvantagens:

The recently added terminated employee process in Beti needs a major overhaul. Very confusing and never does quite what I expect. I don't like using it but when I choose not to use it Paycom doesn't end some earnings. Some of the forms need updated to be consistent with other recent updates. Some improvements haven't been tested by an end user like me. The words don't wrap or are not visible.

PayCom - Best Payroll Process

Comentários: The great staff that is always helpful and understanding to my (the clients) needs

Vantagens:

The ease of processing, and no stress to getting the employees time and information

Desvantagens:

Reports, still want to run reports I need and the report that I can understand

It's worth buying

Comentários: Paycom is easy to use. It has a number of time keeping functions. It's secure and I've never had any issues with it at all.

Vantagens:

It's convenient, I can clock in at work or on my phone at home. I use it to request vacation days,sick days, or unpaid time off. I use it to view my check stubs and W2's during tax time.

Desvantagens:

None I have no cons I am a fan of Paycom.
