Comentários: While the Anypoint Platform is a newcomer to API management tools, it still manages to be feature rich and offers a great deal of resources for both API development and deployment needs. As an ESB, it offers a plethora of connectors for making our various enteprise systems work with each other while exerting minimal effort to do so. The interface is extremely user friendly as both a developer, administrator and consumer of APIs.

Vantagens: - Intuitive user interface. It's extremely easy to locate API information and consume analytic information.
- Easy to do create new APIs via RAML.
- Fast and easy deployments and updates.
- Wide range of connectors.

Desvantagens: - Customer support can be a bit slow and hard to reach.
- Developer Portals for APIs do not allow for much customization.
- If you manage a lot of APIs, it is hard to keep track and administer APIs since tables do not let you sort using API request date and other variables.

Comentários: After working on Microsoft's BizTalk Server for over a decade, I stumbled upon MuleSoft and decided to give it a shot. I was so impressed by this integration platform that I've been suggesting my clients to switch to MuleSoft.

Vantagens: Ease of use, intuitive user interface, no need to install any database to run the software, download the software and you're ready to go, large number of out of box connectors adapters to connect variety of systems, very easy to implement enterprise integration patterns

Desvantagens: Sometimes error messages are cryptic and need basic knowledge of Java Spring to sort them out.

Comentários: I've been leading the uptake and implementation of the Anypoint Platform for a Government department and it has proven time and time again to be the correct technology choice. Integrating existing systems (including GeoSpatial systems, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the like), providing new and more efficient methods with which data and users can be introduced through effective API design and providing the capability to expose these systems to the outside world with a hybrid-cloud approach - all with negligible impact on day to day business and without the need for a huge team and the complexities of many other players in this space.

Vantagens: Ease of use, easy to learn, quality and range of out of the box connectors, overall completeness of the solution.

Desvantagens: Sometimes the Anypoint Studio IDE can be frustrating and it does have some bugs - although these are usually very quick to be resolved once reported.

Comentários: I'm a developer and a user of Mule from the last 3 years.
I saw it evolve to become a great tool that can help you in a very wide set of goals, from provide an entire solution to expose functionalities supporting all your business, to just create a simple integration between 2 systems.
You define your limits.

Vantagens: The flexibility it provides to build things.

Desvantagens: Sometimes, finding the best approach for a particular issue could be a bit tricky.

Vantagens: The freedom and options to connect any system / component using the Anypoint Platform. Can connect flat files and expose them as a Web Service! The system doing a "GET" using web service will never know what kind of language / platform they're dealing with. It's a consistent look and feel of REST and SOAP.

Desvantagens: Design tools are in Eclipse and require a slight learning curve if you are new to the environment. Because portions of the product are open sourced, updates require careful regression testing.

Comentários: I have been using mulesoft for the past 3.5 Years and was absolutely delighted with the features it possess. It is an easy to develop tool. It offers a wide range of connectors which makes our job of connecting to external applications easier.It supports coding in Java which is a pro for many developers.I have integrated with different applications in different formats and deploying the application is also easier.

Comentários: i have delivered 6 project till now in Mule ESB, it is really good to see in every release of the ESB mule soft is giving new and enhance features

Vantagens: easy to use, faster development and easy learning

Desvantagens: Studio is still need some work. some times it is slow when you work with flow properties and diagram

Comentários: I have used the Anypoint Platform to create a Multi Protocol Messaging Platform (using SMPP and SMTP). Harnessing the capability to design, run and deploy all in one platform, I have shortened my development timeline (and probably my headache) from an estimated two years to almost 6 months. The pros:
* Flexible - In terms of what solutions you can do, from Automating event-driven services to
orchestrating various exposed APIs.
* Well Adapted by the Community - There are lots and lots of tutorials that will let you in on the "How-to's", ranging from videos, blog posts, forums and knowledge sharing sites (im looking at you, stackoverflow)
*Very Powerful - Even using the base building blocks/components of the Anypoint Platform you can certainly do a lot, Simple Automatation, Complex chaining of API calls (and gather them back as one neat result) Capture and Filtering reports, Gather and Analysing data from logs..most especially given the rise of the IoT or Internet of Things. You can even build your own custom components to leverage the capability of the platform. The cons:
* Steep Learning Curve - Coming from a web development background, it has a lot of settings that may or may not break your application. It will take practice before you can successfully say that you have an optimum working application. But this gripe comes from a 7 year PHP based developer with little to none experience in developing applications using Java. :)

Comentários: My company uses this platform to maintain some integration services and to publish these to other companies.

Vantagens: It's a fantastic tool to create APIs or microservices really quickly if you have the rest of your services in the cloud. For example, you have the possibility to create some microservices to connect your Salesforce platform with your Office platform or your ERP.
It implements a fantastic and simple user interface to help you in the process.
His knowledge base and his blog with the examples that you can find in these are really fantastic.

Desvantagens: At this time my only cons are to move the MuleSoft on-premises processes to the CloudHub because these requires some adaptations to run in Anypoint Platform.

Comentários: Easy and well thought out features for this kind of software. Quick to pick up concepts, not too obscure or complicated to drive.

Vantagens: Easy to install, get started and produce useful output quickly.

Desvantagens: Very few bad points... memory usage...

Comentários: I worked on Anypoint Platform on multiple assignments. Anypoint Platform provides very good GUI for building and testing mule Flows.

Vantagens: Allows to run flows on embedded Mule Server, makes it very fast and easy to test flows on the fly.

Comentários: Its a great tool with the concept of Anypoint. I have developed SOAP,REST and API services using same system which is great thing.

Vantagens: Cloud Connectors,Developer Friendly tool.

Desvantagens: Issue while migrating to new run times.

Vantagens: This will connect anything to anything it seems. They are are so many built in data connectors and ways to move data the possibilities seem endless. and if you run into something that does not exist it is not too hard to create your own connector using a variety of technologies. We have been able to connect some of our medieval legacy systems to the modern cloud components facilitating a modernization of workflows without a total scratch and expensive rebuild of the incumbent systems. The tools are spot on and easy to work with and they have excellent training available for those that will be using the system.

Desvantagens: It has so many options available that it can be overwhelming to the beginner. Once you get the hang of it though this is easily put into check.

Comentários: Building integration flows for Salesforce and various 3rd parties and platforms. Building API for mobile apps. Using templates and writing custom components and connectors

Vantagens: no install, API dev and management drag and drop development, metadata, transformation

Desvantagens: eclipse platform

Comentários: From the cloud we perform the monitors of our ESB, the integration is of another level thanks to Anypoint Platform.

Vantagens: We are delighted with the use of the integration platform, the connectors are ready to use. The dataweave is excellent with its ESB feature. The watermark concept for great batch processing.

Desvantagens: When batch processing is done extensively causes delays, it represents a big problem at the time of integration.

Comentários: Very good tool to build any integrations. Comes up with New features very frequently and improvise with every release.

Vantagens: What I like most is how easy it is to deploy a project using the easy drag and drop feature. This ensures that much is done in less time.
Another thing is the flexibility and support for python, JS, Scala, etc. Lastly, their support is very helpful whenever called upon.

Desvantagens: Anypoint Platform is not cheap at all. It's far more expensive than competing solutions.
Secondly, it requires a learning curve to master.

Comentários: When started to use mule soft I was not that comfortable but the way it works for integration of different legacy systems is mind blowing. I would like to recommend to other integration developers to use the tools

Vantagens: The error logs need to give exact description about the errors

Desvantagens: Better error handling

Comentários: I have very nice experience with anypoint studio. We have developed many integration project using it.

Comentários: is to implement integration using API calls. Mule is giving good competition with other integration tools. lot of scope to expand market

Vantagens: The user interface is very friendly, very complete this integration tool with all the options for setting up the raml, creation, exhibition  and configuration of the API in addition to the part of statistics analysis incredibly useful for making business decisions.

Desvantagens: Not all options are intuitive and it is a little uncomfortable to expose the API on the one hand and configure it on the other, it would be better if everything were available in a single section.

Comentários: The graphical nature of the Anypoint Studio IDE makes it relatively simple to use and the training is of a good quality. Therefore, the learning curve to create simple (but useful) apps is not steep. However, as with any tooling of this nature, it does require time and commitment to become truly knowledgeable and skillful. The platform itself is one of the better open-source ESBs (the enterprise version providing even more connectivity). There is a large amount of functionality contained within tool which is still growing. I also find that patches to issues (raised with Mulesoft) do come relatively quickly. There are some minor issues with the IDE - the visual debugger is one area that (I think) could do with some TLC. The other, which I find more of a frustration, seems to be an issue with how responsive the IDE is at times. It can hang and sometimes the only way to deal with this issue is to close it down and start it up again (but not sure if this is an underlying issue with Eclipse). I haven't yet encountered any issues with the stand-alone runtime yet and that does seem solid, but note, I've only used the Linux version.

Comentários: It was about a year ago was introduced to this tool. Initially I struggled a lot in working around with it. Later on I could solve about 30-40% business Integration problem with this tool. Still hoping to learn more!!!

Vantagens: Ease of use

Desvantagens: they can use better scheduler for batch interfaces

Comentários: when the upgrade happens it misses some functionality. For example document creation has an issue with latest AP studio versions. I even put a bug for the issue.

Vantagens: Based on Eclipse. Easy to use, and developer friendly.

Desvantagens: Can be made lighter. Better RAML design and debugging for issues.
