Comentários: My overall experience with this software has been good.

Vantagens: This is an easy to use software and everyone can clock in/out from where ever they are, online. So they do not necessarily have to be in a physical office. This helps keep time on employees working out of office or working from home.

Desvantagens: It takes way too long to load for the first time of the day, in the mornings, when I really need to get in there and get clocked in on time. Sometimes taking 3-4 minutes.

Comentários: I had used time wolf and wanted to upgrade. Unfortunately it had to be cloud based and I can not use it due to no Internet access. The company cheerful gave me a return authorization and the unopened software was returned. That was 2 years ago. I am still waiting for my refund. Dozens of calls and letters have been sent. The promises to correct this are many. Always an excuse why my refund has not arrived and a empty promise to expedite the process all to no avail. In my opinion this company is a ripoff artist. They have both the product and my money I would not deal with such an unethical group as this.
