Comentários: Customer support was great when I decided to purchase the paid version, but when I needed to switch it to a new computer, the representative sent me an ambiguous email with instructions that only showed a small portion of what I needed to know to get the files transferred. I called for help; he rudely told me that I did not read the email. I was able to get some of the files off the old computer, but when I opened the application on the new computer, it was as if I was starting new - no data whatsoever. I called the "support" line and had to leave a voicemail (as always). No response for several days, so I emailed. After a couple of days he responded with, "Call us at (800) xxx-xxxx between 8 am and 5 pm Pacific M-F. So I called again, and again had to leave a voicemail. It has been almost a week now, and still not response.

Vantagens: Easy enough to use until you need to switch data to a new computer.

Desvantagens: Not easy to switch to a new computer. Could not get it to work on the new one without starting all over again and losing data.

Easy managed time clock for employers!

Vantagens: Simplicity! This Program makes my job beyond effortless. If an employee misses a punch I can easily edit it to adjust missed punches. Another feature that our company uses for our Sales department who travels is the automatic deduction for lunch hour. Simple and straight forward program!

Desvantagens: Havent found one issue with this software.

No help whatsoever.

Comentários: Very frustrating.

Vantagens: It was easy to set up and load employee data.

Desvantagens: There was no guidance how employees are supposed to clock in. Called the 800 number a number of times, had three different conversations with someone on the other end and they could not help. Looked on Youtube for help, and found nothing of value.
