It is hard to really put a price on the value that brings. When it comes to the daily features needed to operate a successful service business, Jobber has them all (almost!).
The problem is there is no pricing function in the description area for estimating your job.

Jobber makes me not hate running a business
Comentários: Great. very happy and we make many decisions in how we operate based on how Jobber helps us accomplish where we want to go.
Vantagens:
From getting customers info at the request stage, creating quotes that collect deposits, seamless transition to work orders, to effortless collection on invoices Jobber makes running a business a lot easier then it normally is. Export to QBO saves us a ton of time with our Book Keeper.
Desvantagens:
Not having inventory is a bummer. There is a huge focus on Marketing to customers which I'm sure is very important to most companies. Inventory, IMHO would be the cherry on top and would GREATLY simply my life and would significantly increase the value of Jobber (I would happily pay more for this option)

Comentários: Jobber has been amazing to use and has transformed my business
Vantagens:
jobber has given me so much time back. I went from filling out 700 pieces of paper every month and having to keep them on file taking up so much space having everything right there in my hand at all times and now my filing cabinets are gone, and I have reclaimed a massive space in the office
Desvantagens:
The app is not easy to create quotes with, and the online service can be a little spotty with multiple screen refresh is involved that make you start completely over

Educate yourself before chosing the right app for you
Comentários: I am very disappointed. It only functions about 60% of the time and I am charged full rate for an app that does not function like it should. Quit being so greedy and let the app reside on the clients platform. Then it would function and actually save me time rather than create more work for me.
Vantagens:
My clients liked the notifications for when the jobs were scheduled and for arrival times.
Desvantagens:
It relies on the cloud. I work a community where the cell service is poor in most areas, (Truckee/Tahoe). When the day is done I spend too much time uploading the information I could not at the job site. Also, they constantly have down time for maintenance. Come on people, update in the background. it is not necessary to have this downtime. I also just discovered when you leave Jobber you lose all the information you have on the app. They do not provide a means for you to retain and access it down the road. Had I known this up front I would not have used their services.

Comentários: Overall, we’ve been very happy with it compared to other products similar that we have tried out. We feel price is very fair for what we get out of the service and are comfortable with it.
Vantagens:
The phone app and the mobile features. As the owner, I love that I can see in real time. What is going on with the company.

The lack of ease for reporting numbers on the technicians.

Vantagens:
It is so easy to use. It basically does everything a service business may need. The support is great.
Desvantagens:
It doesn’t have built in phone/calling capabilities alongside the two way texting.

Jobber Keeps Us On Track
Comentários: We've been using Jobber since March 2020 and it's been a great asset to the company from office admin, call center, field techs and management.
Vantagens:
Very easy to use and navigate both on the computer and the phones/tablets in the field.
Desvantagens:
The auto-sync between Jobber and Quickbooks Online doesn't always work, so we have to manually update systems to make sure it's up to date. Also, Jobber doesn't allow to add a % to the quotes/invoices for customers using a credit card, which many other software offers.

Small business owner review.
Comentários: Overall it has been really good to work with. It’s a bit expensive but it’s also very convenient.
Vantagens:
Clients see it and immediately accept my quotes because of the professional layout.
Desvantagens:
Pictures aren’t included in the cheap bundle. I think some stuff could be traded out for small business owners who only use the quote/invoice/timesheet. And don’t use anything else on the app regularly.

Complete business solution.
Comentários: Jobber saves me time and is a great software for any small business owner. I highly recommend Jobber.
Vantagens:
Jobber makes quoting easy, and it helps me keep track of scheduling and invoicing after jobs are complete. I like that Jobber reminds you of who needs invoices and who hasn't paid.
Desvantagens:
I would like to see Jobber track balances a little better. If I make a mistake and create more than one invoice for a customer, this system added that to the balance sheet and it's hard to correct that error.

Comentários: It's pretty good overall, feel that all the time I've seen notices about delays, or so. And sometimes I have trouble with the sales tax rate. Other than that is ok.
Vantagens:
I like that most of everything is in the same place, and still the integrations work pretty well, so far using Quickbooks online works perfectly fine for me.
Desvantagens:
I don't like that sometimes is hard for me and our team to find the status of a work order. I would love for Jobber could have everything on a pipeline such as most of the CRMs so we can drag the leads throughout.

A must-have for service based business
Comentários: I love Jobber - it has saved us a ton of time invoicing, payroll, scheduling, and client communication. It is the foundation of our service based business and I couldn't manage the company without it.
Vantagens:
It is very easy to use and covers all the bases for running a service based business.
Desvantagens:
The cost associated with the software, however, it is worth the price in the amount of time saved.

Software that changed my life
Comentários: Easy to understand along with great customer support as needed when getting started or while training my next best employee. I love the options that allow my use of Jobber to grow as my company grows…adding just the features that we need and not paying for what we don’t use.
Vantagens:
Ease of operation and how it allows a small business to operate just as professionally as the larger businesses. Jobber is also regularly updating and improving to be even more relevant and practical.
Desvantagens:
Nothing really. It’s been excellent from the very beginning.

NJ HVAC Company Loves Jobber!
Comentários: We actually took a break from Jobber and tried out a more sophisticated CRM that came highly recommended to us a couple of years ago. The monthly fees were way more expensive, and that CRM offered many more tried and tested features and "benefits" that would help our business grow. It just wasn't for us. It was complicated, hard to integrate, and harder for my employees to navigate. My field and office employees really enjoy Jobber much more. It meets every aspect of of my business' needs. I appreciate how I can add on and integrate other programs we need to my choosing. I am always able to contact customer support - not wait days for an email reply in order to schedule a zoom call a week from then. We have also seen the upgrades and changes Jobber has made over the years, which we have implemented and used. All in all, our experience with Jobber has been fantastic!
Vantagens:
Jobber is a very user-friendly CRM, both PC and mobile. It meets the needs of my small company with functionality for specific tasks within estimates, jobs, memberships, and employee performance reports. We also appreciate how easy Jobber integrates with other programs like payroll, GPS and marketing. Also, whenever we need it, there is always excellent, friendly customer support staff who do their best to help answer any question.
Desvantagens:
There is nothing to "dislike" about Jobber. As there is always room for improvement, certain areas can be improved upon, such as merging duplicate clients, or being able to make progress payments on not just one-off jobs.

Comentários: Really good. I am involved in a business coaching group and we hear about CRMs quite a bit from other similar industries. It does not seem like the grass is greener somewhere else and Jobber has my vote for what I think is the best for our organization and what we do. Overall the CRM is going to be one of the most important pieces of a small business so... it's REALLY important that you gain a pro-level understanding of its functions & capabilities. Sometimes it's necessary to adjust your process to fit within those peremeters.
Vantagens:
We have 20 employees and onboarded 50+ new clients in some of our busier weeks. We absolutely could not manage that without a great CRM. From new leads to quotes, follow ups to scheduling... Jobber allows us to manage our new clients, existing clients, and team to get the job done. New features like Marketing and AI are some great tools we have been getting to know and implement. We have been especially pleased with some of the marketing tools that have allowed us to choose certain groups of clients from our data-base and email them. We've had a pretty solid conversion rate on those emails and plan to send out those emails every few weeks. Syncing with Quickbooks is a huge value add and allows us to maintain a very small "bookkeeping" footprint.
Desvantagens:
It is somewhat basic in functionality, There have been a lot of small things that we wish we would have had.... ei more functionality in quoting, follow-up, and project management capacity - but the basics are there. There have been a lot of new additions in the last few months that have really increased the value Jobber brings to the table, especially when it comes to quoting templates and AI for reporting purposes. With the volume we deal with, its not realistic to think that any one CRM is going to check all the boxes, but with a couple of reports and spreadsheets, we can get all the information we need from New client channels, Conversions rates, team metrics, and financials. Jobber is somewhat limited in its ability at this time to have a detailed dashboard like the one we rely on. They keep on adding new functions and capabilities which is nice, but there have been a few that should have been a thing years ago. The "leads" tag is one of these, We have had a new client lead special field for 3 years now only to get that as a standard option in the last few weeks. This is fundamental for a business to understand where leads are coming from and where to invest marketing funds. I do like the chat team quite a bit as you are able to chat with a live person with questions. They can answer basic functionality questions very well, but often we have heard "We will pass that on to the development team."

Comentários: We have really enjoyed our experience. One of my technicians has told me that you guys will do partnerships via social media sometimes. I would love to visit more about what that would look like. We don't really have a following or anything like that, but I feel like we are a decent size company that would be good for your advertisements. If there is an opportunity there, please reach out.

The scheduling, we can schedule out as far as we like. The guys enjoy seeing their future schedule as well.
Desvantagens:
Not much, of course we would like to see some changes. The progress billing could be better. The other thing we have noticed is it would be nice to move a quote directly to invoice instead of first having to make it a job.

Comentários: It’s been pretty good. I like it better than other crms because I do everything on my phone really. Plus your support team is pretty damn good. My brother and I in year 1 as a pressure washing business generated 400k and I can’t say we would have done it without Jobber. The invoices are super professional and I’m from the generation that uses chat gpt in College lol so it’s super easy for me to integrate that whether that’s in my line items or the confirmations Jobber makes accessible to users. I like how jobber is mobile friendly especially to my generation lol. - We can create a request in a matter of seconds - We can invoice on the fly - Two way text messaging makes it easy when it comes to my client base - Easy to get my clients a yearly contract on the job site
Desvantagens:
- They don’t have a area code for my Jobber number - No text campaign “yet” - When I click call it calls though my personal cell rather than my Google voice number. - Need the ability to integrate any contact for on a website to go to jobber

Great for job/work flow. Bad as a CRM due to lack of tracking lead source.
Comentários: I would say the experience has been ok, it would be higher if we could get more help resolving the tracking issue. Apparently it isn't high on Jobber's priority list given the lack of follow up/resolution on the issue.
Vantagens:
I like the workflow/job request process. It helped streamline the intake of customer information and the process of providing a quote. I also like the ease of scheduling jobs and communicating with the customers.
Desvantagens:
The lack of being able to add tracking codes to the request form is my biggest complaint. I struggle to understand why a CRM solution would not offer the ability to track lead sources in an effective manner. Our attempts to work with our rep to resolve the issue were unproductive. Ultimately it may force us to move to another CRM solution.

Jobber user for life!
Comentários: We've been using jobber for a few years now and it has taken our company to a different level! The App, scheduling, time tracking, billing, customer communication and the fact that they have widgets/other companies that coincide with Jobber to help with our website and reviews. These are all features that we utilize every single day of operation. I would recommend Jobber to anyone looking to take your company to the next level and get away from paper work-orders, time sheets, outlook calendar and the other old school ways of running things.

You'll never go wrong using JOBBER
Comentários: The App has been wonderful to utilize. The Customer Support has been responsive when we need to reach out for assistance. Jobber has made office employees' lives easier to manage required tasks with the way Jobber is set up. Whenever anyone calls trying to get us to try a new management system we automatically say NO THANK YOU, we are HAPPY with JOBBER!
Vantagens:
Jobber is an all-in-one system organizational tool including: tracking man hours, automatically clock in technicians once arrived at customer's location, easy invoicing, quotes, convenient field utilization, and scheduling appointments is now a breeze with the calendar function.
Desvantagens:
The Title of the Job does not transfer from Request, to Quote, to Job, and Invoice creating additional redundant work.

Comentários: Jobber has served my business well these past 3 years, I dont see myself leaving it for another platform anytime soon. I will be opening another account for new business this next year!
Vantagens:
Being able to provide options on quotes, with photos, is a huge perk. I get compliments from clients about the ease of the quoting/ payment process
Desvantagens:
The cost is quite high if im honest, I fortunately use it for a seasonal business where I dont eat that cost all year round. The cost isn't enough that I will leave for someone cheaper, but I definitely feel it could be more affordable. Outside of cost, I cannot stand [sensitive content hidden] Jobber ads. Of all things, those bring me the closest to finding another platform lol.

Booked and Busy
Comentários: This is the first platform we have used for our service business. It has worked out quite well, because it was easy to learn and it functions as we need it to.
Vantagens:
Ease of use Stable A very broad platform to conduct business from first call to followup all in one place The help desk actually helps! I have never had a problem we couldn't solve quickly
Desvantagens:
Sometimes it is hard to find pages. Maybe include ALL pages in the drop down menus for Clients

Efficient and Affordable!

Our company has been using Jobber for the last 5 years.
The software is simple to use, whether you are a computer guru in the office or a technician getting your hands dirty in the field.
Vantagens:
Jobbers pros: The website is perfect for office employees while the app is a great tool for technicians. I love how easy it is to chat with Jobber and that you can even recommend new ideas to their software team. The flow of the software is efficient and streamlined. Everything is connected, We love that we can change settings/permissions for each individual employee/tech.
Desvantagens:
Cannot integrate with QB Desktop, you must have QB online. Cannot add a CC fee automatically to all quotes/invoices
