All of a sudden we got a notice that we had less than 30 days to find a new solution because they were abruptly ending the hosted service. They would not refund the remaining months of our contract. They offered to give us the software to put on a host for free(but not really since we had months remaining of our contract). I know they're trying to perfect the system, but when the background colors slightly change every time we update the system, some of our team members realize there was an update and will subconsciously look for things that are broken/slow/don't work the way they expect.
