Comentários: Time Sheets that employees can't fudge, time management tables that track paid time off and sick leave and easy to read reports.
Vantagens: We have been using this product for years and it is wonderful. It is easy to use and if you ever need help just call customer support (or watch their training videos online). Their support team is awesome. I have always been meet with a very friendly and cheerful attitude. They are always staying up with the times with their updates and customers needs. Great product, great company!
Essential Software with Fantastic Support

Comentários: We are an employment law firm in California. I recommend this software to all my clients because it accurately keeps track of time and can produce a paper and digital copy for approval by employees. It is very easy to setup and use. Jerry is absolutely the tops with online and telephone support. I wish all software vendors were as responsive. You simply can't go wrong with this product for wage & hour compliance.
Vantagens: Its easy to setup, works with Quickbooks, makes time tracking less painful. Customer support is tops. Make certain to set the overtime option correctly for the state. Can setup cloud based server now.
Desvantagens: Sometimes can be a bit tricky, but tech support is just a call away. CA employers need to manually input the additional 1 hour pay if a meal period is missed or taken after the sixth hour of employment.

We use ShopClock on around 25 computers for 20+ employees. We've been using ShopClock for - I think - 4 years.
I'd been minimally involved with the program until I took over payroll last month. *So far*, we aren't taking advantage of every feature available (for the most part, employees clock in/out and that's it. At the end of the pay period, I enter the admin page, print out the summary (hours, vacation, holiday pay, sick time and overtime each print in their own column). I can set it up to click a button and it will export for QuickBooks automatically.
We also don't have any remote employees, so we don't use the "Cloud Server" function.
PROs: Customer service. When you have a question, Jerry will answer the phone. Seriously. And then he'll walk you through the answer. Right now - not a day or a week down the road.
It's a solid product that just runs.
CONs: None to speak of. I know the program has way more features than we are currently taking advantage of. We have had issues (that seem to have been our own DNS issues) where the workstations couldn't find or were slow in finding the ShopClock server by name. Giving the workstation the IP address of the server instead of the name of the server fixed the issue, and made a huge improvement in speed.

Comentários: Shop clock software is easy to use and understand: employee's clock in and out on their computers instead of using punch card. This is how it works, for employees: click on your name and then click the big Clock In or Clock Out buttons. While it offers a lot of features Employees or administrators can truck employee's vacation, sick, time off. Especially I was amazed by their customer support help. The representative was helpful and the phone line was not busy if someone needs additional services. The price for the product is cheaper compared with others. I recommend the product.
We have been using this product for years and we just upgraded from version 3 to 4.

Comentários: The product is easy to use and we have not had any issues. The server that we had it on was starting to have problems due to age so it was decided to move it to the new server and upgrade. We needed assistance with the upgrade and the Customer Service was excellent in helping us. In the end we decided to move to their cloud version for ease of use.
This software is extremely user friendly

Comentários: ShopClock is a great program for time keeping, it is user friendly and their support is outstanding. I have always reached a real person when I have a question. I have worked with Jerry who is tech support for many years. He is always helpful, friendly and cheerful. He is a bright spot in my day.
We have been using ShopClock for a year now and we find it easy and accurate to use.

The employees are able to sign in and out with one button.
If they forget to clock in or out I am easily able to edit their time.
It keeps track of the employees use of sick time and vacation.
The only difficulty I have is approving the vacation requests. This input could be a little smoother.
We have used Shop Clock for 3 years and have been extremely happy with this product.

Comentários: Shop Clock is easy for us as Administrators, as well as our 40 employees to use. Customer service goes above and beyond to help us with any questions we have and guides us in ways to use this product to fit our needs. We would highly recommend this product.
