"Spark Hire - One Way Video Interviewing"
Comentários: Clients enjoy 'meeting' candidates before deciding who to invite to interview. Candidates appreciate that it saves time and cost of fighting traffic and attending interviews when a video interview can save time.
Vantagens: The ability to schedule candidates to take one-way video interviews in their own time.
Desvantagens: The standard email that is sent to candidates is very basic, but love that we can customize it.

"SparkHire is worth it!"
Comentários: great experience. My time is valuable and this saves me a ton of it.
Vantagens: Once SparkHire is set up, it is easy to use. Best part of this system is that it saves us time.
Desvantagens: Set up is time consuming at first. But after that, it's a lot better.

Comentários: overall it helps standardize our recruiting efforts and open up time for our hiring managers
Vantagens: the ability to record and view interviews later on. Multiple people can see an interview without having to all schedule at the same time!
Desvantagens: could be a little easier to set up interviews and an alerts screen in the dashboard

"Ideal Software for Your Video Conference Calls"
Vantagens: Although this program was designed to interview applicants, I use it to interview my clients that can’t meet with me in person. I basically want to get a feel of their needs and preferences and I believe that body language is important. No need to worry about a complicated software. It’s quite straightforward and simple to use. The video and audio is clear and I can complete my video sessions in a timely manner. This software allows you to write notes about your clients so you can keep track about your conversations. I’m so glad I found this software online.
Desvantagens: The price is quite steep and they charge by a number of people you talk to. I think they should just make a package for basic and unlimited calls so it won’t be too costly.

"Great Addition to the Interviewing Process"
Comentários: Spark Hire has helped add an additional layer to our interview process to further vet candidates. I have enjoyed sharing the interview videos with hiring managers, it gives our team additional info and helps determine if they are a good fit prior to bringing them in for an interview.
Vantagens: Spark Hire allows our team to get a feel for the candidate prior to bringing them in for an interview and potentially saves a lot of time to vet a potential hire.
Desvantagens: Set up is not super intuitive, it can be figured out but it was a little clunky at the beginning. Also, I would prefer if they shared set up instructions or best practices instead of having to watch videos on how to work with the software.

"Spark Hire makes hiring easy!"
Comentários: Spark Hire has been a good fit for our company and has helped us find great staff!
Vantagens: I love the series of questions and videos and it has made it a lot easier for us to filter through all of our candidates to find the right staff members for our team.
Desvantagens: It's a little bit hard to navigate in my opinion, I wish it was a little easier and maybe a little bit more simple. I also wish it made it easier on our candidates.

"Spark Hire has been an extremely valuable tool for our hiring process"
Comentários: We utilize the online interviews once we've done a brief look at a resume and determined there is an initial fit for our position. We then send a link for the interview, and ask 5-8 questions which allow a one minute response for each from the applicant. We then review these responses and determine which applicants we want to move forward in the hiring process.
Vantagens: It's a great tool for getting initial interviews done to get a sense of applicants outside of just their resume. It streamlines the process so we can narrow down our candidates more thoroughly before spending more time on in person interviews.
Desvantagens: There are a few quirks in the navigation, but overall pretty easy to use.

"Making my job easier & solving our recruiting problems."
Comentários: Love it. It is making it possible for me to recruit in distant locations.
Vantagens: I love that it saves me the time I used to waste on phone screening. So many voicemails, and phone calls that didn't really address the issues I wanted to address.
Desvantagens: Sometimes there is user error, and the software doesn't seem to be forgiving enough when there are audio/video issues.

"Great platform and customer service. Limited with some of the features."
Vantagens: The platform is clean and professional. Customer service is awesome. Really easy to use. Love the scheduling feature.
Desvantagens: No ability to screen share with the candidate being interviewed. The candidate has to download an app before beginning the interview.

"Spark Hire has great functionality and very responsible customer service"
Comentários: We were able to launch our new onboarding process and continues to be well received by the organization and our new hires.
Vantagens: I loved the fact that I could use Spark Hire for things beyond just video interviewing. Although is wasn't set up for the types of things I wanted to use it for, my customer success person Vince worked closely with me to help identify the best way for Spark Hire to meet the needs of my organization. The software is one of the reasons why our new onboarding process is seen as a success by our organization and new hires.
Desvantagens: We had some difficulty early on conducting live video interviews through the software, but they fixed the issues. Also, they aren't quite set up to use the software the way we envisioned, outside of the interview process. However, in all fairness, it was just a creative idea we came up with and they supported us and continue to support us as we look to do new and different things.

"Great way to bring candidates and clients together!"
Comentários: Easy way to connect candidates and clients from different locations.
Vantagens:
- Easy to use
- Customizable to your company using the questions you want to use
- Pre-made questions and templates
- Phone app
Desvantagens:
The biggest con is not anything the company can do or change - but it is the difficulty that some candidates have in creating a quality video. ex: cannot use the app, too much light, too dark, poor video quality, sound cutting in and out.

"A nice to have"
Vantagens: Spark hire is super efficient for the hiring process. The user interfaces are super intuitive and the functionality continues to grow. The updates have been really impressive and allows us to do many things
Desvantagens: Should have a more flexible pricing plan. There is always going to be a fluctuation in job openings. Sometimes 10 and sometimes none. More often than not it is none. But in order to use spark hire, we would consistently be paying the service for 10 job openings
