Ease to Use and understand Inventory Management is very accurate Asset Management is easily handled User Interface is simple and easy to understand. Traceability is very good.

EZOfficeInventory is a game-changer for keeping track of office equipment and inventory. It’s made my job so much easier!

I love how easy it is to check in and check out equipment, and the mobile app is super handy for on-the-go access.

Desvantagens:

The report customization options are a bit limited, and I wish there were more integrations available with other software we use.

Comentários: My overall. is the website is straightforward to use. I would recommend it to many of my clients with an inventory account who would like to keep track of their products.

Vantagens:

the website is very straightforward. very easy to used. once all the information is added. you can just search and find the product location or item straightforward

Desvantagens:

search drop. sometimes little hard to select but maybe just my computer is slow I really have no CONS

EZO in IT at SIU

Comentários: We had difficulty maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets so annual inventory processes were very manual and difficult to find items, especially with the increase of remote workers after COVID. Now everyone can respond to an inventory audit from wherever they are located on their own to acknowledge possession of the assets they have.

Vantagens:

I like the ability to assign assets to individual users to give them a sense of accountability. They perform their own audit responses and maintain their own location changes making it easier on back office functions. I also like the reporting functions both in the built-in reports as well as the custom reports that cater to the organization's needs.

Desvantagens:

One problem we have had consistently over the years is that we have some 3000+ assets in the system but when we do the annual inventory, we cannot request the audit for our entire list of inventory at one time. We can only request the audit 25 lines at a time so that is time consuming.

Affordable inventory doesn’t cut corners

Vantagens:

The software is very easy to use and accessible from many platforms including my iPhone

Desvantagens:

Took a little bit of time to figure out best way to enter the deployment inventory

Vantagens:

Great product to use in the field. Great to keep your equipment and assets organized

Desvantagens:

Loads slow sometimes. Can use an upgrade to the user interface for the iPhone

Easy to use, search needs minor improvements

Vantagens:

The application is easy to navigate and use. Keeping track of inventory is made simpler. The location feature makes looking for new areas to reach easier.

Desvantagens:

The search feature can be a bit clunky and exhaustive. The items have images in the search bar but I can't see them in the search results unless I open up that asset. It should be there in the search results as well.

Impressive Asset Management Software

Comentários: The overall experience with the product is positive. We have used this product in our organization for the last year and have an impressive user experience. The company addresses user feedback and adds features as requested. Their field agents are also friendly and supportive.

Vantagens:

The multi-type asset tracking feature is my favorite as it doesn't restrict us to 1 or a few methods to track assets. Also, the Customer Reporting and analytics feature adds much value to the platform for the users.

Desvantagens:

Customer Support can improve. It should provide 24X7 CS for the customers.

They are up to date in tracking borrowed assets and well-organized as well

So far, I haven't encountered any issue with EZOfficeInventory yet. So, none.

Comentários: Over all I had very good experience using EZOffice inventory where I can allocate assets to new users as well as able track the inventory in warehouse so that’s based on info I can take necessary actions and at the time of I audit I can show the report very smooth

Vantagens:

I can have live inventory data so that I can manage accordingly and I can have live updates

Desvantagens:

It has less admin control rights due to that there is a data disturbancy

Comentários: I got to use this to implement a whole inventory system for a painting company. It was a great experience for me, the company president, and the crew. Knowing what you have and what you need saves so much time and helps you save resources.

Vantagens:

I love the different options and versatility for each product type you can really keep track of everything from expenses to quantities, it keeps things super efficient in our business!

Desvantagens:

Nothing really I even enjoyed the training

Easy to Use - Powerful Inventory Manager

Vantagens:

We use EZOffice everyday. The simple nature of adding a new unit to our inventory, the ease of checking in and out items and how simple it is to locate a missing asset cannot be overstated. We, as a team, have not have had any issues with EZOffice, and our jobs are made more efficient because of it.

Desvantagens:

EZOffice does what we need it to do and it does it well. I cannot think of any issues we have had with it.

An Excellent Tool

Vantagens:

How clean and clear everything is presented. Most inventory systems I have used are cluttered and frustrating to use. It functions quickly as well. The mobile device setup is ideal.

Desvantagens:

Comentários: Overall experience is quite good because the way of managing and tracking the assets is quite easy and convinient

I like the feature of asset management and tracking inventories with quite friendly user interface

The import process is a bit slow and you have to request one task at a time due to absence of the cart feature

EZ-Office Inventory

Vantagens:

EZOffice is simple and self-explanatory once you get the hang of using it daily. It is more simple than it looks.

Desvantagens:

The thing I like least about EZOffice is that there are too many terms that mean almost the same thing which confuses me sometimes.
